Après 1 an de grand succès, Tremezzo Stay est très fier de vous présenter notre 2e maison! Cette maison de plus de 3000 pieds carrés est située sur un magnifique terrain riverain de 5 acres. Nous doublons chaleureusement ce chef-d'œuvre "Spencer Creek Cabin". Nous disons «TRUE SAINT MICHAELS» en raison de certaines expériences de location négatives que nous avons eues avant de connaître cette région incroyablement belle. Pendant la location, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans "pseudo-Saint Michaels" ... deux fois. Bien que toute la côte est soit pittoresque, la commodité et l'expérience auxquelles nous nous sommes inscrits n'ont pas été livrées. Donc, tout en recherchant une maison que nos clients pouvaient apprécier au maximum, nous savions que nous devions tout livrer sans exception à l'emplacement. Avec Spencer Creek Cabin, nous l'avons fait !! L'emplacement est parfait pour tout groupe. La seule voie d'accès à Saint Michaels (par voie terrestre) est Saint Michaels Road. Environ 1 mile avant d'entrer dans le centre historique de Saint Michaels, il vous suffit de faire un tour et de vous souhaiter la bienvenue au paradis. Nous sommes en retrait sur l'eau, juste à côté de la traînée principale, par une allée mûrement boisée. Il y a une épicerie Graul en face. C'est un marché superbe et convivial qui devrait satisfaire la plupart de vos besoins de vacances… et ils vendent de la bière et du vin. Il y a aussi une station-service et un avant-poste de café-boutique. Maintenant, avec tout cela noté, vous êtes à environ 5-10 minutes en vélo du centre-ville de Saint Michaels (en fonction de votre colportage).
Spencer Creek Cabin est un vrai bijou. Nous sommes tombés amoureux de la propriété au moment où nous y avons mis le pied et nous avons hâte de faire des souvenirs de famille dans la région, tout comme beaucoup de nos clients. This is a marvelous home away from home for a family get together. My husband, two daughters and their young children were very impressed with the playground, kyacks, swimming pool, quiet bed space, crib, high chair, and s'mores basket the owners left for us. The kitchen was very well stocked with items to begin our stay. The location is perfect, close to the grocery store and seafood market for delicious crab cakes. There is a fresh produce stand right close by as well for corn, tomatoes, peaches, etc. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend this location and house for a family getaway.

Marissa was a gracious host who ensured a perfect stay for our family with 2 children, 3 grandparents, my wife, and me. Each one of us had an amazing time— eating crabs on the deck, family meals in the spacious dining room, basketball games, throwing a football, fishing, kayaking, pool, air hockey, birdwatching, s’mores, exploring St Michael’s,…. There were endless activities for everyone. Wish we had booked a longer stay. Thank you, Marissa!

A group of us travel to Maryland every year for some waterfowl fun and this was the first year we decided not to stay in a hotel. Upon finding the listing it seemed to good to be true. The location and the house did not disappoint one bit. Located on a peaceful plot with some great views and quiet. The house itself had everything you could ask for, was extremely clean and so easy to checkin and check out. The owners were super helpful and just a nice. Every single guy said they would have no problem coming right back to this house next year! While we didn't use all the amenities the house offers (like the pool), I highly recommend this property to a large group.

A fantastic house on the water with tons to do for the kids - pool, kayak/canoes, jungle gym, fishing, fire pit for s'mores and so much space to play! House was clean and well stocked with everything you need. Marissa was a fantastic host and easy to communicate with. Don't sleep on this one!

We decided to take a last minute getaway before school starts for the kids and are so glad we chose this property! The setting is gorgeous and we spent most of our days out by the pool and looking at the gorgeous river views. The house is great for families and is conveniently located incredibly close to a full service grocery store and an outpost of a local coffee shop. We also took the short drive into town a few times and it was super easy to pop in for dinner, shopping and sightseeing. The owner was really nice and very attentive via phone and text. We’ll be back!

Our family had a great time at this well decorated and comfortable home. It was large enough for all 8 of us. We especially enjoyed the pool and access to the water for sailing, kayaking and paddle boarding. The keyless entry was very convenient. The games in the entertainment room were a big hit with the kids. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you, Marissa, for a wonderful stay.

St. Michael’s Getaway
My family and I enjoyed the charming boutique shops and delicious seafood from local restaurants, as well as the peacefulness of the cottage on the water. There was lots to do and plenty of activities for the kiddos. A great family vacation!

Perfect St Michales Getaway
This house was great. If it's available, you definitely should book it. The pool was so perfect and SO clean. The views were beautiful and it was so nice to sit outside and watch the sunrise and sunset on the deck. We loved the location - it was so close to town and the drive-up coffee across the street was a huge bonus. We had plenty of space to enjoy the week and would definitely rent again!

This house was exactly what I expected based on the listing, from the interior and the pool to the kayaks and the bikes. Its minutes from the strip, and still has a good deal of privacy. This location is absolutely perfect for families and we’d highly recommend it.

Great property to get away and enjoy St. Micheals
The house had everything! We had every kind of weather and the house kept the adults and kiddo entertained equally! The views are beautiful, the pool kept us cool on hot days, the family went out in the kayaks, our 2-year old loved the playground, and we even took the bikes for a spin. We were able to have R&R time with the privacy of the house and easily go to downtown St. Micheals for all the yummy food and quaint shops. The seafood market across the street was great for grilling at the house as well! The host couldn’t have been easier to communicate with and was super helpful up to and throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

It was our second time staying at this property. It is a great house close to town. The pool is great and the views are picture perfect. Owner is lovely and very responsive and accommodating. We stayed with extended family and had a great time and will definitely come back.

I absolutely loved this house! It's perfect for ages, there's something from everyone. Pool, playset, bikes, less than a mile from downtown shopping and restaurants. My family loved it so much we're now considering buying a place in the same location. I cannot say enough good things able the entire experience.

Very comfortable, great for kids!
We found this property to live up to every expectation as listed. The bedrooms were comfortable, good shades to keep out light (important for kids!), the master bed was extremely comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with any pots, pans, utensils you could need. The game room was perfect for kids. Unfortunately we were there during an ice storm so we could not take advantage of the outdoor space, but the grounds are extensive and private, and I can imagine many fun lawn games and water activities. Book This House!!
Do not even think twice - just book this house as it is fantastic! This was our first time staying in one house together as we usually book separate hotel rooms wherever we travel. Due to Covid-19, we wanted a large house for all of us, where we could be able to have some distancing. This house was perfect! The layout of the house was great, there were lots of different rooms to be in, it was incredibly CLEAN, well stocked with supplies, the kitchen had every utensil you could think of, and the pool was terrific!! The pool had a robot that we called "Mr. Robot" which cleaned continuously, but stayed in his corner when we were near him. The kids loved "Mr. Robot".
And, last, but not least -- Marissa, the owner, is unbelievable! She actually answers her phone when you call and responds to emails and texts immediately. She is definitely not your typical owner as she was an absolute pleasure to deal with!!
I do not usually believe completely positive reviews, so I will give one negative comment. Unfortunately, I was only able to book this house for three nights and since check in time was 4 pm, we only had two full days. I think about Spencer Creek Cabin daily and when we can all return to this wonderful place!! Thank you Marissa!!

Home away from home
Marissa is a perfect host with a wonderful home. She could not have been more attentive, answering every and any need or want immediately. Our stay on Spencer creek was incredibly homey and comfortable. It was so relaxing and peaceful that we would have stayed the month if possible, however it is booked solid. There is plenty of room for everyone to be together and also to have private time away from the “crowd”. It is the perfect setup for the whole family to get together for an extended time. Looking forward to visiting again soon!
