Vous cherchez à passer vos prochaines vacances dans une location spacieuse avec de nombreux équipements de la maison? Cette maison de ville de dernière unité peut accueillir de grands groupes jusqu'à 14 personnes et offre un accès facile à la plage. Le bâtiment n'est pas face à l'océan, mais il se trouve sur le bloc océanique de Coastal Highway au coin de la 60th Street à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage. Vous pouvez voir l'océan depuis le balcon du dernier étage de cette unité. Nous ne sommes autorisés à présenter qu'une seule unité par annonce, mais nous sommes propriétaires de toutes les locations à cet endroit si vous avez besoin d'unités supplémentaires. L'unité 1 Nord est à l'extrémité avant du bâtiment Nord. 1 North a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, une laveuse et une sécheuse, un garage privé fermé pour 2 voitures, un abri de voiture extérieur devant l'unité pour une 3ème voiture, plusieurs balcons et un pont enveloppant. Si vous avez besoin de plus de stationnement, il y a un parking gratuit le long de la 60e rue à côté du bâtiment.

Everything about this property was dirty. Floors, ceiling, walls etc. the kitchen sink was falling away from countertop and under sink was collapsed (obvious water damage). Tried loading dishwasher and it wasn’t connected to cabinet or countertop. Overall disappointed in this property—not worth the amount of $ paid. Won’t stay here again

Very good vacation. The property was good, however could have been cleaner. There was sand around, mold in downstairs bathroom, doors don’t lock, but nothing that would deter us from renting again.

Very nice place but needs some updates it has a lot of broken stuff that needs fixed. Most of the screens have holes in them. Garage door broke on are first day and took till wed to get fixed.

The location of this place is great. Has plenty of space. However, it needs TLC and repairs. Examples are stains in showers and some damage to interior doors. Sink was loose and not sealed. Beds were basic, not comfortable. I did not sleep in the master though, so can't speak to that. It was clean (floors, countertops, bathrooms). Wifi was down when we stayed there.
Agent did communicate well over text in trying to resolve wifi, and finally got a connection our last day. They communicated it was a IT provider outage. Parking was great. Room for 3 cars two in a garage all covered. Overall, met our needs.

I went to ocean city with my family to celebrate 4th of July and we stayed at this beautiful town home super close to the beach with great views, we had an amazing time here, this place has enough room for a family of 10 or more. I definitely recommend it 10/10

House was dirty, found used q tips under the bed, spider web all over, carpet was disgusting, kitchen sink falling thru the counter top, hair all over the showers that wasn't mine, bed broken in two rooms, multiple sliding doors didnt lock, and garage door that was broken. Place was not worth the money. Plus whoever they are hiring to clean is either blind or just doesn't do their job.

The place looks like it hasn't been updated with even basic needs in 20 years. It was filthy - sketchy stains on carpets, old beer pong balls left in the corner by the old, broken refrigerator, disgusting dirty furniture and the worst beds we've ever slept on. The kitchen sink is disconnected from the island countertop and has moldy water damage underneath. Screens were ripped, locks on doors broken, holes in walls, inches of dust on vents and ceiling fans, etc. Would not return or recommend. The only thing going for it is the close walk to the beach and proximity to decent restaurants.

Great location. Plenty of room for the family.
Unfortunately the bottom shower had mildew in it all along the bottom and shower curtain that we cleaned before using, bottom bathroom door hinge is broken,most of the sliding doors did not lock properly, and carpet is in need of replacement. With three levels of living space, no vacuum- only one old broom. No outside hose to clean off with before entering the property.

This unit is in need of so updates. I went back and looked at previous reviews and a lot of the the issues are still there. The front door key pad and door handle need to be fixed. Refrigerator needs to be replaced. There is no ice maker and the door shelves are broken. Also needs a deep clean. Upstairs master had water pouring through it when it was raining. Three of the table chairs need to be fixed. Lack of out door chairs for the balconies. Not enough seating in living room. You hear everything on the streets so it’s very noisy while trying to sleep. Leaky toilet in up stairs bathroom. This place needs some up keep

This condo is central to all the fun spots. Fager’s Island is literally right across the street and we walked pretty much everywhere. The multiple balconies were convenient. We did wish that the couches were a bit larger, especially since the condo sleeps 14. We had most people sitting on barstools and chairs the whole weekend, and it wasn’t the most comfortable especially after all the walking we did. The two big flights of stairs to get to the main floor with the kitchen and family room were a bit of a pain only because we had a lot of food, coolers, etc. to bring up those stairs. The floors are 100% accurate on the listing, but in person it was daunting. Definitely need some manpower to get everything up there! Overall, the condo was in a perfect location, the parking was great and there were always spots available on 60th street for additional free parking. We had a group of 12 and felt the size of the condo was perfect for that size, nothing more. Great stay!

Overall, we had a great stay.
The property is conveniently located very close to the beach. It is a short walk and you do not have to cross the busy highway! We were away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk and in a much quieter part of Ocean City.
The rental was set up nicely. Two bedrooms on the first floor, kitchen/living area on the next floor, and then two bedrooms on the top floor. We felt evenly spaced out. There was a balcony on each floor and a bathroom on each floor! The washer and dryer were great.
So the cleanliness wasn’t the best. There were long black hairs in at least two of the showers. This is probably my biggest complaint. We found a sock from the people there previously. The property does have ants that really only seemed to hang after the garbage. The bothersome part with that was the ant traps and spray. We were constantly telling little little kids to stay away from them. The kitchen sinks also do not have stoppers so we had to use an oversized bowl to wash our dishes that could not go in the dishwasher. There is also no toaster; this isn’t really a complaint, just an FYI to future guests!

Great stay, very spacious. Would hv given 5 stars except a few things in the kitchen need repaired/parts replaced (ie. Wheels missing on dishwasher bottom rack, ice maker does not shut off, missing fridge shelves). Also there is no pool which we missed, Our family enjoyed the house very much, had a very nice week!

Overall stay was good!
The location of the property was great, and getting in was so simple! This property does need some work though. The one full bed mattress on the 4th floor was slanted and only 1 person could sleep on it. The towel bar in that bathroom was about to fall off the wall. The sink in the 1/2 bath was pulling away from the wall. There was no grate in the lower shower. There was just a hole. The front doorknob was loose, and that keypad was acting up. Sometimes it worked, and sometimes it didn’t. The ice machine isn’t working right. It never stops, so it overflows all through the freezer.

Nice home for large groups, could be cleaner
The home itself was a great setup for our larger family. I was the first to arrive and had to do some sweeping when I got in, as there was a good bit of sand everywhere. I know there are cleaners but the owners may want to note they aren’t very thorough. There was also a small-ish ant problem and I cleaned and sprayed with some ant spray that was in the kitchen. They weren’t “bad” but it was there. The location is in a very bright area so my major suggestion would be light blocking shades/curtains in the bedrooms. We ended up hanging some extra sheets to block out light. The kitchen was well stocked EXCEPT for potholders. So we cooked and realized there were none to be found. That was my only complaint in that area. Overall it was a good location for the price and the beach was steps away. If it had been cleaner and pest free I would have given a higher rating. I’d be likely to rent again knowing that I’d need to bring certain things and some coverings for the doorways for at night.

Nice little place.
The condo was spacious. Having the bedrooms spread out on 2 different floors was nice to give everyone their own space. The multiple bathrooms was a huge lifesaver. Ashley was great with communication. There were a few things that were missed by the cleaners but Ashley offered to send someone immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall we had a great time at the beach in this townhouse. There were a few inconveniences and things that need fixing such as the dishwasher that doesn’t work, a smoke detector ripped out of the wall, a hole in the wall, and no trash bags, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, towels/rags, or trash cans in the house for our use. We would definitely come back though because it’s a nice place with plenty of room for a great price. Next time we would just make sure we come prepared with everything necessary.

Pros: The location is perfect. The house is only a short walk away from the beach. There is ample of space for our family.
Cos: There is no cleaning supplies in the house. House is not really well-cleaned or maintained. You just have to pack everything from pots and pans, toilet papers, paper towels, dish washer detergents, hand soaps and etc. I don't mind going to the store to buy the supplies. It took me by surprise to find out the house was literally bare bones when I arrived.

Great rental space for a group
Rental was as described. A lot of room and a great location. Only complaint was the kitchen wasn’t that clean and there were some ants in the kitchen and the lower level bedrooms. Nothing a little spray couldn’t handle. We came on a Thursday, so not sure if there was anyone in right before us or not. My guess is not. Nothing crazy though. Overall the rental was great and would stay there again.
