Nous avons acheté ce condo en 2018, entièrement rénové et acheté des meubles neufs. Rénovation terminée en juin 2018.
Direct Oceanfront Condo avec deux grands balcons. Incroyable vue sur l'océan et la baie. Regardez le lever du soleil, écoutez les vagues et regardez les dauphins nager le long du rivage sur le balcon en bord de mer. Vous pouvez voir les couchers de soleil sur le balcon de Bayside.
Notre unité complète remodeler, pas de papier peint, tous les meubles neufs, 50 pouces TV mural dans le salon, canapé en cuir italien et causeuse, 3 ventilateurs de plafond, chambre d'hôtes a 2 lits queen size, 3 grand téléviseur mural. La chambre principale a un beau lit king-size en bois acajou. La cuisine a un grand comptoir en granit. Store personnalisé haut de gamme sur la porte coulissante du balcon. La seule unité dans la construction avec aucun plafond pop-corn partout. Grande tuile de porcelaine partout. Nouvelle cuisinière, nouveau lave-vaisselle, laveuse et sécheuse, 2 cafetières (l'une est une machine à café Keurig, apportez donc votre propre tasse K). Entrée sans clé dans notre condo, donc pas besoin de porter la clé lorsque vous allez à la plage. Nous avons payé pour internet haut débit privé pour notre unité, donc pas besoin de s'inquiéter de WiFi du bâtiment.
Pour votre commodité, le linge de lit (draps, oreillers et taies d'oreillers), serviettes de bain / main, tapis de bain sont disponibles. Si vous décidez de les utiliser, nous vous demandons simplement de les laver avant la fin de votre séjour, afin que ce soit prêt pour le prochain invité.

This condo fit exactly what we needed ... simple, clean, beautiful view of the ocean, great AC, comfortably bed, all the basic supplies needed for a great week of rest. All the restaurants we could enjoy were within minutes and we had fabulous beach time. The morning coffee on the balcony, watching dolphins in the mornings was pure delight!

The property was well stocked and very clean. We had an issue with the lock. I notified the owner who immediately remedied it. We had no issues after. The view of the ocean and bay were awesome. Will definitely stay here again 😊

Condo was great, awesome ocean view, awesome bay view with beautiful sunsets. Very clean, nice beds, everything labeled. Mui was great, quick response to any questions we had! We would absolutely stay again!

We absolutely adored staying in the condo at The Irene. (Once we found it! There is a very small sign at the entrance we missed on first pass after dark, and the sign on the pool area was hard to make out). Otherwise, it was a relaxing, perfect week at "the shore". We hope to be back!

Condo was just as it appeared online. Mornings spent having coffee watching the sun rise over the ocean we even saw dolphins numerous days. The building was very nice as was all staff we interacted with. Easy to get to the beach and easy to clean up from the beach. Pool was nice for a break with the kids. We would definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo unit during our first vacation at Ocean City. The unit was clean and neat. The views from the balconies were absolutely incredible! We had an amazing 20th floor ocean-front balcony on the main side of the condo unit. Across the hall on the opposite side was another amazing view of the waterfront bay. The sunrises and sunsets were wonderful! The unit was nicely equipped with some basic kitchen items such as plates, bowls, cups, silverware, pots and pans, etc.. The unit had a nice modern look to it and was tastefully decorated. The owner was very good at responding to any questions we had. The Irene building itself was very nice and well-maintained. There was a nice indoor pool inside the main building that we could relax in after a long day of lounging at the beach. It would have been nice to have an outdoor pool too, but not highly necessary. Beach access was good. Take note that the beach is wide and it was a bit of a workout to walk through the thick hot sand to get to a good spot near the ocean to sit. Overall the beach was very clean and wasn't crowded when we were there in late August. Not sure how it is other times of the year. Grocery store, restaurants, and other and other shops were nearby within walking distance or a short drive. The boardwalk was about a 20-minute drive from the condo. We loved the area where we stayed and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views
We just left our our condo in Ocean City, MD. Our condo was clean but the views were even better. I. The morning, we had the ocean and beach. Did t make the sunrises. We WERE ON VACATION!!!!! In the afternoon, the sunset and bay. Simply gorgeous.
We did have a maintenance problem but it was fixed within two hours. Thank you Mui and Ryan.

Great stay
This was a perfect location in ocean city with easy access to the beach. The view of the ocean is mesmerizing and there’s even a bay balcony to. Had all the essentials we needed and didn’t have to make a trip to the store. Highly recommend this stay.

Comfy Place with Nice Beach
We had a nice time at this property, the building is on the older side but the unit is well kept and suited our needs well. This stretch of beach was nice and not too crowded. The only thing we wished was different is that the listing and check-in instructions clearly state that linens are not provided so we brought all our sheets and towels to find when we arrived that they were provided. Wish we could have used that room in the car for something else.

Great beach getaway
We have stayed at many condos inOcean City over the years and this one was definitely one of the nicest. Clean, up to date furnishing, spacious and beautiful views from the direct ocean front balcony and bayside balcony. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property with all the amenities you need!
This is an excellent host. We would definitely stay here again. They are very responsive and the place is beautiful and very clean. Views are incredible from the ocean front balcony with the sunrise and the Bay front balcony with sunset. This was a lovely relaxing place to stay. The condo unit had everything we needed and more!

Loved the view and location
The place is beautiful and the owners were amazing through the entire process. The only reason I rated the overall stay 4 instead of 5 was because the beds were not very comfortable. They seemed to be new however they are memory foam and you sink to the middle.

Our thoughts
The units are definitely older but the owners have done a lot to update it. The second bedroom could use some minor things, a mirror, alarm clock and better lighting. The bedroom is very dark.

Great vacation
We had a great time staying at this condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated and stocked, spacious, no weird smells. The owners are very responsive even when I had minor questions. Loved the view, it looked even better in real life than in pictures.
Kids also enjoyed the pool. It was not big, but not crowded, just 1-2 more people.
I think the only drawback for me was that all the beds have memory foam mattresses (they seemed new and nice, but I’d rather sleep on coiled ones), but I guess it is a matter of preference.
Overall, had an awesome vacation, something good to remember about year 2020 despite the
Coronavirus craziness.

Wonderful Condo and location
The owners are great! Very responsive and checked in with us before and during our stay to make sure we had all information.
The Condo location is perfect. Not a lot of renters so the immediate beach wasn't too crowded. It's right across from the mall and i got a little shopping done at TJMaxx. There is a food lion and acme close by as well. We love this location of OCMD.
The condo was full stocked. You don't need to bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, towels or sheets. It's all there for you plus dishes and pots and pans. It is always nice to not have to bring TP and paper towels. Oh, and everything for laundry and dish washing is provided as well! You don't see this at many condos.
Let me tell you the mattresses in the condo are some of the most comfortable mattresses i've ever slept on! I don't know what kin of mattresses they are but they are really amazing!
The condo was very clean upon arrival. The owners have beach chairs that we used. The condo is prefect for our family of 3. It would be great for a family of 4 or 5.
One of the great features of the condo, again i haven't seen this much in OCMD, is the DOUBLE balcony! There is a balcony that faces the ocean and then a balcony that faces the bay for amazing sunsets at night!
There is no outdoor pool only an indoor pool which we did not use. Only thing i would say is that the towels would need to be refreshed. I personally brought my own towels but there are towels there is you want to use them.
Great stay and we will be back.

Steps from the beach!
Lucky to have spent the week in this beautiful condo on the beach in Ocean City. We were looking for a comfortable getaway and this was perfect. A fantastic location, steps from the beach with a wonderful view.
You can keep to yourself since the beach was not at all crowded, yet you can walk to a store or take a quick drive to a restaurant or down to the boardwalk. The condo is beautifully decorated, light, bright and clean. Kitchen stocked with pans and utensils for preparing meals. Beds are comfy and loved having a washer & drier in the condo. The internet service was great. The building was fairly quiet with less units than most on the beach and we also enjoyed super fastest elevators. The views are amazing from the decks.

Had a great week!
My wife, college age son and I had a great week at this property. The owners were great with communication, and were quick to answer any questions we had. Condo is just as it appears in the photos - clean, modern, comfortable... and amazing views of the both the ocean/beach (nice big balcony area) and the intercoastal/sunsets. Condo is very well equipped for a longer stay, and plenty to do close by via walking or short car ride. Highly recommend.

Sunrise or a sunsets - you pick.
Renting was easy and the owner prompt to respond. Entering the condo one is swept into the colors of the ocean leading to the view of the waves crashing just below in the beach outside the patio door. On the other balcony is the calming view of the bay. Sunrise and sunset are magnificent depending on the balcony you are on. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds, convenient no key needed lock.

Great Oceanfront Rental!
This condo located on the 20th floor was a great rental. We had amazing views of the beach and ocean. There is also a private deck located on the front of the condo to view the bay and the sunset. The unit was decorated very nicely with new furniture. Air conditioner worked very well considering it was in the mid 90's for the majority of our trip. The indoor pool at the Irene came in handy for the one day that it rained. Having 2 children, ages 8 & 10, it was great to have our own private wi-fi for nighttime tablet and gaming time as well! Would definitely stay there again!
