The slamming of the doors. Doors are very heavy and if you don’t hold them they slam and when you are trying to relax and guests are coming and going it is very disturbing also our carpet smelled like dog piss so we did contact housekeeping and they came in and sprayed. I feel you should have certain floors for pets not on the 4th floor should be 1st floor.

There were bed bugs in my bed and the bathroom lights were very dark. The hair dryer was poorly made.

Would have liked to try the waffles but it always seem to be used. Maybe offer another waffle maker to use. Loved the location. Staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. Thank you for a great stay

Location n staff n breakfast

The room was not cleaned in a timely manner, even though we scheduled time a day before. Kids were all drenched in water, and we had to go for lunch in wet clothes as it was very close to cleaning staff to finish their day. Kid's caught cold and got sick after that. Sofa bed is not meant for 2 people. It was really pricey. It says the kitchen included, but it only had a microwave. I was expecting a gas range as it was a studio. I am expecting a refund .

The only complaint I would have to say is the fee to park everyday. I feel as though since we’re already paying for the room for the week it should honestly be at no cost. I’ve never had to pay an additional fee for parking at a hotel I’m already paying for. And my only other little complaint would be that for the 4 nights we stayed, there was no cleaning services that came into our room at all to empty trash, restock towels or anything. I ended up going down to lobby and asking for additional towels and pulled my own trash multiple times throughout the stay.

location and front desk staff Peter was so helpful ! Rooms were very clean and breakfast was above average for a free breakfast that one would usually provide in a hotel setting.

The room was nice and big but wish it had a safe and the bathroom had better lighting and a exhaust fan.

I didn't know pets were allowed not that I don't like pets but I prefer no pets!

We requested an upper level, were placed in the middle. Loud, never vacuumed outside of our room, trash everywhere in hall, etc...

That we found something that was affordable close to home, my fiancé & I work different hours so we only get to do short/small stay-cations near by. The fact that we also live in a resort area makes it hard sometimes to do these little getaways. This has made it possible. Thank you!
