It was clean except new coffee maker , toilet needs to get fix in room 231. New head of house keeping . She don’t no how to do her job . Customers come first .

We stayed in Room 231 we were going to a graduation. Coffee was horrible Toilet was all over the place . When we went to eat breakfast not enough eggs . The breakfast maid was sitting in the table instead of making more Breakfast. Breakfast was empty it was 8:30 am .When we were living, we wanted our deposit . When head of house keeping didn’t want to give our deposit back because she wanted to charge us $10 for a hand towel that I dirty. That we payed everything is included when you rent the room.I told her that towels are use to be dirty. This was a ridiculous reason to try to take our money. I well never stay at this Comfort inn again. Beside House keeping is not in charge of front desk .Was very disappointed about this place . I have worked at Comfort inn before this is not how it works. They are taking people money don’t stay here .

The bed was comfortable and they had black out curtains. They also served breakfast.

The hotel is old and run down. The elevator has not been working for a long time so you have to haul all your stuff up and down three flights of stairs. The gate to the parking area also does not work and the area of town isn’t the safest. Otherwise, the bathroom is old and with exposed pipes and black in the corners of the tub. The carpet in the hallway is torn. There were several people it seemed were living there and they were out in the halls late at night upon my arrival. The noise from the highway was also very loud.

Had NO running water for 2 days, had to take my trash can down to the pool to fill with water in order to flush the toilet. When I expressed concern, they canceled my reservation without my knowledge and woke me from my sleep to tell me. They told me I would need to pack and wait in the lobby to rebook at a higher price. There was still no running water. I gladly packed my bag and checked into another hotel with running water. Jessica was the only staff member who helped by allowing us to fill out trash in the pool. When I was leaving the maides, I was cleaning the room with pool water, unable to change the sheets and towels as there had been no water to be able to do any laundry. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

DID NOT LIKE THE LOCATION.

THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE ROOM WAS TERRIBLE. THEY DID NOT COME TO CLEAN THE ROOM DAILY. 1

The staff was helpful. Accessibility and location are great.
