Il nostro attico di lusso è situato su Playa Norte, una delle migliori spiagge dei Caraibi, a poche centinaia di metri dall'anima dell'isola, il centro del paese, con i suoi numerosi negozi, ristoranti, bar e locali notturni. L'appartamento è situato ai piani superiori del nuovo edificio a 6 piani. Al piano di sotto è la suite con due camere da letto; la camera da letto principale, con letto matrimoniale, l'altra con due letti queen size, e ciascuna con bagno privato. Separando le camere da letto sono la cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo e soggiorno (con un ulteriore letto estraibile).
Un enorme balcone al di fuori del Master e salotti ha anche la scala a chiocciola che porta alla terrazza di 1.400 metri quadrati (accesso con ascensore anche) con vista a 360 gradi dell'isola. Lì troverai una vasca idromassaggio con una meravigliosa vista sulla spiaggia, insieme ad altre decorazioni uniche. Lo spazio è ideale per intrattenere (feste di matrimonio per esempio), o pic-nic in famiglia con il suo tavolo da pranzo oversize ombreggiato, area lounge, angolo bar, griglia leggera facile, frigorifero, audio surround CD e bagno completo.
Completamente attrezzato il condominio di lusso è dotato di connessione internet wireless gratuita, TV via cavo, controlli individuali di aria condizionata per ogni camera, insieme a TV, lettori DVD e CD, radio allarmi, telefoni, cassette di sicurezza elettroniche, armadi e ferri da stiro in ogni camera. La cucina contiene frigorifero / congelatore, piano cottura, forno a microonde, caffettiera, frullatore, tostapane, set di coltelli, acqua potabile più fresca e imbottigliata.

I can’t even begin to express how amazing this trip was. From the time we booked, communication was phenomenal. We were picked up from the ferry with no issues, and were met at the condo with groceries we had pre ordered. Anytime we used the whats app we were answered immediately. The lovely cleaning woman was amazing and so sweet ! When I say you don’t have to worry about a thing with this unit I mean it ! Thank you again for everything, we will definitely be back !!

We had a wonderful stay celebrating a 65th Bday
with a couple of close friends.
rooftop barbecue, followed by relaxing sunset in the hot tub and MAYBE a couple of cocktails!
Couldn’t have been better!

The property is in a great location close to everything and on a beautiful beach. The rooms are big and the property is very clean. The owner and everyone we dealt with was friendly, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had some issues with water leaking when it rained and the hot tub never got above mid 90’s which was a bummer on the cloudy/rainy days. The views and the beach chairs/access are amazing. Overall we had a great stay.

This place was amazing, a gem. I booked for friends and family, more specifically for a birthday weekend getaway and all guests were wowed by the location and all the amenities offered by Cecilia’s Penthouse. My family already is looking forward to staying there again, as we are frequent travelers to this beautiful island. Thank you, Cecilia and Chema for the excellent communication and service.

You can’t go wrong staying here!
The highlight of Isla Mujeres is Playa Norte and this property is directly on the beach!
We have seven people in our family and this is one of the only properties we found big enough for everyone where someone didn’t have sleep on a couch or air mattress.
The beds are very comfortable.
They even have a closet full of beach toys for small children, all kinds of books and even DVD’s if you want to relax and watch movies in the room.
The rooftop patio with jacuzzi is huge!
Nothing negative to say! Can’t wait to be back.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. It was the perfect choice for our group of friends. The rooftop patio off the master bedroom was amazing! So thankful for the elevator access to the master bedroom because the stairs to the master was not a positive of this space! 😆 Communication was terrific and we appreciated how smooth everything went in regards to rides and checkin! We will definitely return!!

We love isla mujeres and especially love staying at the ixchel. This unit was very nice except the ceiling was leaking. There was a hole in the middle of the living room and they placed a rug underneath to catch the water that was constantly dripping. With that being said .. I still give the unit a 4 star review because the people were great to work with.. loaded our fridge with basic staple groceries and they nespresso coffee machine. The made us a pitcher of margaritas upon arrival. We also loved using the hot tub after Long Beach days . So even though when it rained at night it also rained in our room it didn’t ruin our trip ;) I may ask before I go next time though if everything is in good working order. Felt like maybe a discounted rate would have been nice.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Ultra communicative management, amazing location close to everything and a roof deck with fantastic amenities… They asked if we had any suggestions for management when we departed and I honestly can’t think of a thing I would change. Even the recommendations for restaurants and excursions were spot on (rent the catamaran for a day!!!) can’t wait to come back! We absolutely loved our entire trip! The perfect mix of relaxation and liveliness!

Great location if you want to be in the middle of it all. The property was comfortable and very stylish. Hopefully the leaking ceiling in the middle of the living room is repaired. The moldy smell from that wasn’t pleasant. I would not rent my property with water dripping onto wet rugs on the floor. I was not happy about that especially because of the premium rental fee. The hot tub was dated and in poor shape. Some repairs and upgrades would make it that much better. It is a lovely place.

We loved our 5th floor penthouse…beautiful views from large patio w/ hot tub. The kitchen was well furnished including coffee/tea/milk so we did not have to run out to be ready for next morning after traveling all day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved going down to beach for breakfast 🥰. The bedrooms are large w/ comfortable beds…great to have 3 bathrooms 👍. I would recommend for your trip to Isla🙋♀️

We came to Isla last year and fell in love. We stayed at another vacation rental and ended our stay here. The penthouse 504 was very nice. The bedroom on the penthouse level was super cool but just know you have to climb up a spiral staircase to get up there. You can take the elevator up to that level but you do need to leave the unit to do that. That being said that outdoor penthouse level was beautiful. The view was spectacular and the space was huge. The hot tub did work but it needs an update. The unit was stocked with anything you need as far as cooking goes. They provided coffee and Nespresso which was a great touch. Also some cold beverages in the refrigerator. Chema the concierge was super great about communicating with us for check in and check out. Cecilia the property owner filled us in with all the contact information. All in all a great place to stay!

I really can’t say enough about Ciecilia and her entire staff. Mayra, Alejandro, Victor were all great and ready to help with anything we needed. This location is close to everything, food, shopping, and of course beautiful playa nota beach. We will be back to Isla and we will 100% stay here again.

Staff communicated with us every day asking if we needed anything. We could pick the time each day when we wanted our rooms to be cleaned. Questions were answered immediately. We were surprised with food and drinks one afternoon for happy hour. Extras were supplied in our room upon arrival. It was amazing.

We loved staying here. It is in a perfect location near all the restaurants and shops. The beach is gorgeous! The team of people are super helpful and the penthouse was cleaned everyday! We will be back!

We were a group of seven, there was plenty of room, and it was very well kept. The concierge, Chema and his team always responded to any questions or needs immediately. Transportation from the ferry upon arrival and return to ferry on departure were included which was so convenient. The kitchen was well appointed and the rooftop was the perfect place to wind down. The stairs to get to the 3rd bedroom and rooftop are a tight spiral and a bit hard to navigate, but can also be accessed by a nearby elevator. The location was perfect, just footsteps to Norte Beach and a very short walk to Hidalgo Street restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend!

A true gem in Isla Mujeres!
My husband booked this condo for us and it was beyond our expectations, the views were even better in person!
The entire staff we interacted with was very friendly, responsive and welcoming.
We only used 2 out of the 3 rooms , but all were very clean, and beds were very comfortable! Showers were modern and water was hot :) big plus , they had filtered water!
We loved that it was right by the beach, a walk away from restaurants but still not RIGHT in the center of a busy street. We were able to rent a golf cart right outside the building and explore the entire island. It was 5 min golf cart ride to a cute coffee shop and about 10 mins away from an amazing local breakfast place. We can not wait to visit again!

The perfect stay!
We visited Isla with a party of 8. Six of us stayed in this VRBO rental and it was perfect. There is plenty of space to spread out and access via a keypad allows couples and young adults to come and go without keeping track of keys and such. The care team makes sure your space is tidy and replenished our towels and water so that we could enjoy our time without worry.
The views are amazing. The pool and restaurant are exceptional. I am still daydreaming about the beach. You have everything you need within walking distance. Bank, golf cart rental, restaurants, shops, and live music are only steps away. We loved our visit and cannot wait to return!

Staying here is a MUST!
We absolutely love staying at this wonderful property. The staff was so attentive. I asked many questions before arriving in Isla Mujeres because this was our first visit to the island and everything was answered quickly. We were greeted when we got off the ferry and had taxis waiting to take us to the penthouse. The penthouse itself it much bigger than it looks in the photos. We utilized the beautiful roof top every night and made lot of great memories. Ixchel is a 2 min walk to Hildago Street which has everything you need on a vacation - great restaurants, bars and shopping. Everything was super convenient to access from this location. Do not hesitate to book this place. It was way beyond our expectations.

6 Days in Isla
I have stayed at this property before and now its better than ever. The service from the ferry terminal to the condo was a suprise. The cleaning every day was perfect. Any issue was handled fast.
We were 3 couples and all but me were never here before. They fel in love with the whole experience.
I see the beach has had some restoration to the west. It looks great now.
We will be coming back. dont know when but we will be back.

Awesome Trip
We stayed at this penthouse in April. It was a wonderful experience! The staff was so accommodating! Victor picked up us at the ferry and catered to us our whole trip! Cecilia has complimentary rides to and from ferry. We had guest come and go so that was convenient. Mayra kept our penthouse very clean! It was nice to come in to a very clean penthouse and always smelled so good! Chema was always available through Whats App to answer all my questions. Ceclila checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was going ok. It made our first trip to Isla and wonderful experince!

Fabulous 50th Birthday Celebration
Cecilia and her team are truly outstanding! They went above and beyond at every opportunity to make our stay as stress-free as possible. Cecilia's communication in advance of our arrival and during our stay was absolutely outstanding! Victor our taxi driver picked us up at the ferry and brought us to the hotel within minutes of our arrival on the Island. Chema, our concierge, did an awesome job of welcoming us to the condo and provided a great overview of the amenities. Mayra, our housekeeper, kept our home away from home in top-notch condition! The Modern Ocean Front penthouse located in the Ixchel Beach hotel has breathtaking views of the pool and beach! Sunsets are absolutely fantastic from the Penthouse patio. Cecilia and her team truly earned and deserve a 5-star rating! Thank you Cecillia from making our Birthday celebration so memorable!

Perfect!!!!!
The place was perfect in so many ways. The view from the top was gorgeous, the space in the condo was excellent, the location couldn’t have been any better, and the check-in was effortless. We communicated with the owner, housekeeping, and the manager for the entire trip as needed, and all were friendly and accessible for questions. We rented golf carts for our entire stay and could’ve done without, but we like to ride the island some. I highly recommend staying here. I will be back soon!!!

Perfect Space and Even Better Service
Location right on the famous Playa Norte cannot be beaten. Quick stroll to all of the tacos and shopping you'll ever want. Cecilia's property is EVERYTHING she promises and more. The rooftop hot tub and deck was the best end-of-day spot. It was beautifully appointed, we truly felt like queens. And the service.... On check-in day Cecilia started a WhatsApp group that included all of our primary contacts for our stay. Housekeeper, Home Manager, Taxi- everyone in one spot. If we needed anything we requested in our group text and always got an immediate response. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Family Thanksgiving Trip 2021
The penthouse condo was perfect for our family vacation. The unit itself is nice and has gorgeous views all around. We used the rooftop for a large family gathering one evening and it was perfect. The other part of our group rented other units in the Ixchel buildings and all the units were real nice on this property. The housekeeper was AWESOME!! I would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a wonderful time in the week that we stayed at the property. The condo has been updated and features: an updated kitchen, living room, one master king size bed, two queen size beds, and a wonderful, newly remodeled rooftop bedroom. There was a large balcony with a table and two chairs, and a rooftop area with a hot tub and additional seating. There is enough utensils to cook, and we bought groceries from the supermarket on the island. We had a wonderful housekeeper who cleaned almost daily, and we tipped her every day.
Cecilia and her team made sure we felt welcomed and they were quick to respond to our needs.
I highly recommend this property and I would stay there again.
My only issue was the property management company that manages the entire condo complex had some rules that I didn’t agree with. For example, we had six people in our group and reserved six chairs at the beach. We had some friends that were staying at an adjacent condo and the property management company wouldn’t allow them to sit in our chairs; we didn’t reserve extra chairs for them. Also, if you don’t have a bracelet, you cannot enter the condo facility. I completely understand that rule, but we had a friend’s child who wanted to swim at the pool and wasn’t allowed to.

One of the best vacations we have ever experienced! Cecelia is a wonderful host and checked on us daily! She even threw in a few surprises that were wonderful! We had a couple of issues that needed maintenance attention, but they were on it quickly! Very well appointed condo… You will not be disappointed!

XCHEL UNIT 504 PENTHOUSE
IT WORKED OUT VERY WELL FOR OUR FAMILY OF 6. NICE LAYOUT AND LOVE THE LOCATION, ALTHOUGH THE NORTH BEACH IS NO LONGER QUIET OR SLEEPY. I WILL NOT STAY ON NORTH BEACH AGAIN, AS NOW THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE AND LARGE BOATS WITH BOOMING MUSIC THERE FROM CANCUN FOR THE DAY. IF I RETURN, I WILL STAY ON THE OTHER END OF THE ISLAND, WHERE THERE ARE LESS PEOPLE AND A QUIETER ENVIRONMENT. THE CONDO WAS VERY NICE, BUT COULD USE SOME UPDATING OR SPRUCING UP. IT SOUNDS LIKE THE OWNER INTENDS TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS VERY SOON, ALTHOUGH THEN THE PRICE MAY GO UP. THE PRICE WE PAID FOR THE LOCATION AND THIS NICE CONDO SEEMED VERY REASONABLE IN THE CONDITION IT WAS IN. THE OWNER VERY QUICKLY RESPONDED TO EVERY REQUEST WE MADE AND WAS VERY HELPFUL.
