Six of us from various parts of the planet stayed here and had a good time. Sadly the ocean swim here is too shallow for comfortable swimming without touching the seaweed. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Being able to catch the bus right in front is also great. So glad they have started the bus. Also nice that you never know which way the bus will go to take you downtown. Places to eat within walking distance are also nice. We were all happy with the great view and comfort.

The propery was absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful gardens and flowers,massive pool,a dock and small beach. Never crowded or loud.. The condo itself was spectacular The pictures do not do it justice. It was very big, a well equipped kitchen,a master ensuite and private balcony,a big deck off the living roim with sunset views! I didnt think we would see it since we werent at Playa Norte! Well worth our money. Golf cart rental highly recommended to fully enjoy Isla

The condo was wonderful - fully stocked with everything you need for the kitchen, pool towels provided, grocery bags for shopping, and resources about the area. The check in and check out process with easy and great! Julia set up door-to-door transportation for us, very convenient. We rented a golf cart for two days, if we go back we would rent the golf cart for longer for access to the north beach and restaurants. We had a great snorkel trip, lots of fish and a great guide. We visited Garrafon Park - fun but touristy. The pool at the condo is great and you can snorkel out front. Overall a great trip! Mikes Pizza was wonderful!!

The property, grounds, pool, people, location were all beyond what we could have hoped for. The pictures only give you a hint of what you're dreaming and hoping. From the moment we arrived and dropped our bags we knew we had made the right decision. The condo sparkles, is immaculately clean, the view is stunning. The bed was very comfortable. Julia was so helpful and amazing at catching the little details that made all the difference. The door to door concierge service was on point, even with the hiccups from our end. Don't hesitate to work with her in scheduling. I truly can't say enough of how amazing this vacation was, from beginning to end. If you're thinking about it, JUST DO IT. We will definitely be back! Our group of 5 had a great week here!! Well appointed condo with a nice pool, hot tub and gym. We had a couple of normal maintenance issues that were handled promptly. The staff at PAM are very helpful and friendly as well. We love this property and will be back.

My family and I went on vacation to Isla Mujeres looking for a quiet place and we stayed for 4 days. Luis welcomed upon arrive and made us feel like home. The place was clean and spacious with all the necessary utensils to cook. The view was really nice from the first floor. It is an option to take a stairs or an elevator. I it was a convenient because we had a kid and was easy to watch him around. We have no trouble with any service at the apartment. The only issue it was that the air-conditioner in the living room could not be regulate. This was not a problem since it was cold and comfortable. If we wanted a distraction or a drink we could walk to the nearby beach bar hotel. Also the store was 15 minutes walking. I would come back to the place.

Apartment was in a beautiful neighborhood, beachfront, and super clean. The apartment was fully equipped and everyone enjoyed their stay. Would definitely come back.

The condo was clean, nice, and easily accessible. We rented a golf cart for the week, so come and go was easy for us. The staff was great and the condo was quiet and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were in great condition. Highly recommend this property.

Myself, my wife, and two boys stayed at this condo and could not have been happier!! From booking the condo to leaving the condo, the experience was smooth and easy. Super friendly staff and community. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed here early March during spring break. When you see this place for the first time, you immediately realize the pictures don’t represent how nice this condo is. And it is spacious! The ocean/pool views from the main area and master are gorgeous. We never saw many people at the pool or in the hot tub and it was SPRING BREAK! The chairs on the beach became our fave spot to relax in the white sand and breeze under the coconut trees. They keep this property spotless! Met a few property owners staying there and all were so nice and helped us navigate the island and gave advice on little gems like their favorite places to eat. We worked with Julia to arrange the door to door service and to have a golf cart waiting for us upon arrival. That is a must…At least for a few days to, explore the island. And we went and bought our own groceries, no problem. There was a small group of college age men staying in the unit above and you can here them stomp around late some nights. It’s a good location away from the chaos of the north end. Therefore, we would definitely stay here again. Worth every penny!

We love Puerta Al Mar and this unit was our favorite yet. Everything was made easy for us and on the two occasions we needed help, it was taken care of with amazing speed. We love this location as it allows us for o have it quiet and peaceful when we want it and then we hop into the golf cart and get anywhere on the Island in short order. We love Isla and Everything Isla did a wonderful job making our stay flawless. Thank you!!

We loved puerta al mar! Beautiful property with pool and hot tub that was perfect for afternoon cocktails and meeting other guests/condo owners. Staff was very nice and helpful. It was easy to get around the island from this location. North beach was about a 20 minute ride by golf cart and it’s just fun riding around through town. The water by the beach was not very easy to swim in as it was shallow and heavy on seaweed but there was plenty of sandy beach to find on the north side. We would love to stay here again.

This property at Puerta Al Mar was everything I had imagined. Loved everything about it. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Especially my 10 yr old grandson. We had an extremely relaxing week. The view was breathtaking.

I loved it. The people on the property were very friendly, we actually made a few friends! Sadly, it was very expensive for us. We had to cut our trip back a day and the condo was occupied. So not only did we have to pay for a hotel ($180), the owner wouldn't refund us for the one day. The rental divided by two was a blow, but we loved the place just the same. We'll return some day with more people to fill the space. The management company was 100% excellent!

Not only was the property better than we hoped for-- gorgeous views, nice pool, and clean, comfortable accommodations for our family of five--the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. Marcela welcomed us upon arrival, sharing important tips about the property and giving a quick overview of the island. Julia guided us every step of the way--setting up transport, excursions, and answering general questions. Every time I reached out to her via text message, she got back to me almost immediately. The property management company was also great. I emailed once about our drinking water running low and new bottles were delivered right away. The location felt safe and secluded, which we loved. There aren't many restaurants within walking distance, though, so we stocked up at Chedraui for breakfast foods, snack items, and stuff we could make on the grill. We also ordered from Oscar's Grill multiple times and were very happy with their food and delivery service. Everyone we encountered was friendly and kind, and the island itself has so much to offer. Book with confidence!

Brief Summary: Great place, good value, wonderful stay. We will be back for sure. More details if you are interested: The condo itself is exactly as advertised. Incredible view of palm trees, the Caribbean Sea, and Cancun. Next door to the north is a building with an 8000 square foot condo that takes up the top two floors for sale for $4.2 million USD. Next door to the south is the Izla hotel where a standard hotel room is $200 USD per night. In comparison, this condo is a steal. Isla Mujeres itself is an eclectic mix of upscale properties and abandoned buildings. You see it all. It is very safe, and the people are wonderful everywhere you go. The security at the condo building is superb. There is always someone at the entrance to help you, and they have an extensive camera system. The pool is amazing. The condo has 25 units and most were not occupied. They appeared to be owned as second homes but not rented. This gave us privacy and solitude not often found. Most of the time we were the only family at the pool. If there was another family, everyone was so nice and fun to meet. The downtown area and North Beach are very crowded but fun and beautiful. Punta Sur, the South Point, is absolutely incredible to visit. If you snorkel, Garrafon National Park has a steep entry fee ($70 USD I think), but the Garrafon Hotel next door has a $5 entry fee and you can stay all day and snorkel. Although the island is small, walking is hot and sidewalks are narrow. There is a public bus system that runs routes on the island that is very inexpensive, but we never figured it out. There is always a cab driving by or there is one parked behind the Izla hotel waiting for someone to come out. Each cab driver seems to have their own price for a ride, it ranged from 40 pesos to 200 pesos per ride ($10 USD). We were fine with whatever and just tipped the ones that gave us a low price. The best and most fun way to see the island is to rent a golf cart. They are expensive, $70 USD per day to rent, so we just rented it one day. It was a blast and worth it, but expensive if you do it several days. For food we cabbed to the only grocery store in town, Chedraui. It has all the essentials needed for basic cooking. If we walked, we went to the Tiburon, which is 4 properties to the South. It is simple Mexican food and reasonably priced. It closes at 6:00 p.m. so go early for dinner. Our favorite place on the island we tried is Oscars. Amazing Pizza and they deliver!

This was our first time to Mexico, let alone Isla Mujeres. Sean Julia and Marcela from Everything Isla took excellent care of us to get us settled in, from arranging our shuttle to the ferry, to the taxis and golf cart rental. They were also quick to check in and get our visit extended when we got stuck there due to a hurricane. The condo was very nice and the grounds were impeccable. We fell in love with the staff at the condos, and have made friends for life. This was an excellent first trip and we can’t wait to go back.

The property is beautiful! Even better than the pictures show! We had a perfect view out our balcony of the beach And palm trees and pool area. The little beach was ideal for our small children (4 and 1 yr old) and they loved the shallow “steps” area of the pool to play on! We stayed at the end of August 2020 and only saw a few other couples/ families at the resort. We had the beach to ourselves anytime we were there and usually the pool to ourselves too (sometimes there would be one other couple or family swimming too). I loved that the area we stayed in was a little out of the way and not in the center of the hustle and bustle. We rented a golf cart for the week and were able to go out to eat, go to the grocery store, or visit beach clubs/ tourist attractions whenever we wanted!

This property was incredible! Everything was better than we expected, from the staff and helpful people everywhere, to the actual property itself. The house was beautiful and well stocked, the beach was private and secluded, the location was quite and tucked away from the crowds. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back!

Very quiet condominium complex. Great staff a little inconvenient if you want to spend most of your time downtown. Enjoyed the privacy. Highly recommend this place.
