Stylish, well located, comfortable, clean.
We were in London for a special occasion. Unfortunately we were unable to access the property at the pre-arranged time which resulted in us having to cancel dinner arrangements and worse - it made us 20 minutes late for the theatre.
We also did not like repeated messages to vacate the property by 10am.

Location was perfect and walking distance to some great cafes and South Kensington tube. Had everything you would need in the apartment

Location was fantastic the bed was comfortable and it was clean.
Disappointingly the oven was inaccessible and unable to be used as it was above head height. The washer/dryer did not work properly and almost ruined some of our clothes. We understand that this wasn’t a new issue.

Brilliant location. Perfectly equipped for a short stay, lots of nice touches: tea, coffee, fresh milk, thoughtful toiletries, plenty of towels…..

Truly amazing apartment. Lovely decorated and you will have everything that you need already there for you. The hosts were super helpful and answered all our questions. The apartment is super clean and everything works very well (especially the shower was super nice). The location is also great with lots of restaurants and lunch spots nearby, as well as a metro station super close by. Definitely book this one, well worth your money!

Absolutely fantastic apartment, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, lovely touches including toiletries, toothbrushes, milk and water in the fridge, tea coffee etc. Bed and sofa very comfortable, great location, our host Paloma was very friendly and gracious. We were allowed to leave our bags at the apartment when we arrived early that morning, which we appreciated very much. Any questions I asked prior to our stay were answered very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

The property was fantastic, great location, everything you need for a comfortable stay and spotlessly clean. Paloma was so helpful, letting us drop off our luggage early and answering any queries we had before our stay. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

The property was clean and comfortable
+ location was wonderful.
The only downside was that the dryer didn’t work so we ended up having to leave with wet clothes.

The apartment was spacious enough for a family of four. It was impeccably clean and had everything one would need. We also judge our stays by the comfort of the bed, and we can say that the bed was extremely comfortable. This flat is located in a central area; close to just about everything.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back!

Cosy apartment in a very nice area of London. Very close to underground and bus stations, plenty of shops and restaurants around. We really enjoyed our stay in the neighbourhood. The apartment has absolutely everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Paloma and her staff are very nice and welcoming, and they make sure to accommodate their guest as well as possible. We will definitely return!

The apartment was spotless and contained everything needed for a great stay. Close to tube stations, bars and restaurants. Communication was excellent with everything done to accommodate our check in/check out times. Would highly recommend

Excellent location for sightseeing and attending Wimbledon. Apartment clean, very well appointed with great attention to detail. Beds comfortable, with high quality linen provided. We loved the extra touches , such as fresh milk and biscuits. Paloma was excellent with communication prior to arrival and met us at the property to check us in which was a very welcome and lovely touch.

Great location for our trip to attend the Chelsea Flower Show. The accommodation had everything we needed, and in great condition
Unfortunately I'm a light sleeper and there was some awful road noise. Sadly nothing that the owner can fix, rather the local council need to repair a grid in the middle of the road that mad a racket when vehicles drove over it.

No breakfast - it was a self catered apartment. 3 blocks from Underground was perfect.
Some people might be bothered by the street noise - but, hey, its a big city, so we expected it.

Very good location. Tube a 8-10 min walk. Modern and comfy. The bed was great. Kitchen good. The shower was great. Secure. Sainsbury's and restaurants and bars, all close.
Spencer was very helpful.
Could be quite noisy, both from the street and hallway. Needs a little paint touch up. Kitchen good but some things, like oven position, not well thought out. Could do with a toaster.

Comfortable and very clean apartment. Good location. Close to the South Kensington tube station (10 minutes walk). Safe and calm neighborhood. Grocery store Sainsbury's Local open every day close to the apartment. Fantastic museums in walking distance.
Windows system doesn't guarantee acoustic comfort (traffic noise).

Lovely apartment close to South Kensington station. The apartment included little things like tea, coffee and sugar, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Being on the first floor it was a little noisy with traffic.

This is a great place and our host was extremely friendly, welcoming and flexible. Furniture is extremely good quality, the bed was great. It was so good that I used the pillows of the place instead of my own that I always bring along. I would gladly go back anytime. There's only one thing you might want to consider is that this is a lively neighbourhood especially Friday and Saturday evenings. For us this was good, but others may be more sensitive to that.
