The rooms very old, only one elevator to serve the entire floors

I thought it was a very average hotel at a rather high price

Rather dated decor, rooms like like they are from the 1980s

Great location for Hyde Park events, room was spacious and clean.

Reception is very, very hot. Luckily, the rooms have air con.

The staff was friendly.

The furnishings are rather run-down and shabby. There were flies in my room - alive and dead ones - which made it feel unclean. I had a problem with the hot water in the shower and it was not dealt with promptly at all. The reception did nothing to make up for any of the issues I encountered.

They gave us a room on the 7th floor that was newly renovated and it was really nice. Everything was new!!

The location was perfect, close to everything I needed; especially as I was travelling with an aunt in her late 80"s nearly 90. The room was very comfortable and well presented. The staff very friendly and helpful in all departments. I will definitely stayed there again when visiting London. Breakfast as it was included was good, plenty of choice.

Shame no parking facilities. Our room faced the main road so was a bit noisy early but not hotels fault.

Facilities were old and outdated. Iron and board I used looked old and rusty. Some of the bathroom fixtures were loose on the wall. It needs investment.

The toilet was leaking, room only prepped for 1 person, limited provisions for spontaneous stay.

Very poor information from reception desk at the check-in,,non-functioning TV and coffee machine during the first 3 days of stay,mediocre selection at breakfast (ex. for a cappuccino you have to pay extra!). The most annoying was the hotel rule to first have to arrange for a CREDIT in the reception before you're kindly(!) ALLOWED to charge your bar bill to your hotel room!! In a hotel there we paid for 4 nights stay 2.300 £ it is totally unacceptable!!!

Can’t beat the location. Staff was friendly with many trainees amongst the seasoned staff. Room location was quiet just like I asked for.

Upgraded to Deluxe room that was in dire need of refurbishment. Bed uncomfortable. Bathroom super warm unable to turn down heat. TV non functional. Air conditioner noisy. Lack of charging plugs for phones etc. perhaps the entire property needs upgrading?

there is no restaurant service in the room after 11 pm, I had to order an Uber Eat

Good location and room quiet not like reviews read that was noisey outside. Stuffy in room though clean had to have window open. Constant drip noise in the bathroom.

I phoned staff member on desk to enquire if possible to change room as view not so great and she laughed at me and didn't call back. When we checked in the two staff members spoke in own language so we couldn't understand what was being said about the room we were given although told it was a free upgrade? The night staff and checkout staff were very good.
