Room was a great size and the shower was very good. Breakfast was also very good with a lot of choice.

The room was a little dirty on arrival, especially in and around the sinks and mirrors.

Персонал вежливый, внимательный Номер большой, вид на залив и мечеть великолепный. За вид из окна есть смысл чуть переплатить, но это стоит того. Бассейн отличный, вода чистая, тёплая, разная глубина, два массажных душа.

Подтекал душ, непонятно регулировалась температура воды в душе в ванной, никак было не настроить оптимальную - то холодная, то горячая) "от усталости" сломалось зеркало для бритья, повисло на проводе, но надеюсь устранят.

Accomodation was amazing!! So beautiful and peaceful.

großes Hotel, mit eigenem Strand und Pool am Strand. Frühstücksauswahl war riesig und lecker, Zimmer waren groß aber eher ungemütlich eingerichtet, Preis Leistung stimmt aber

in der Umgebung nicht wirklich viel, man braucht eigentlich immer mehrmals ein Uber was sich dann auch summiert

You can hear the noise from inside, when someone was knocking in other rooms I was able to hear the knock like it was in my room, the service for the room for food take forever , reception called take forever…

The delicious food, excellent services provided, and the modern spacious room. The huge pool and beach was magnificent. This is one of my favorite hotel for having a brunch. The wide variety of scrumptious dishes every Friday brunch was our favorite in this hotel. We have had fantastic vacation from Fairmont hotel.

Only the waiting time in reservation area but other than that, our stay was absolutely fantastic.

Everything - it ticked all the boxes for a perfect stay - we will be back 😁

De kamer en de checkout! Na een maandxterug tenzij is er nog steeds 5000€ geblokkeerd op mijn Mastercard! Dit zijn frauduleuze praktijken! Wij hebben alles netjes betaald bij de checkout en het bedrag blijft geblokkeerd!

Très bonne expérience....nous sommes très satisfait de l hôtel.....personnel agréable et professionnel....chambre très propre.. Petit déjeuner très complet.

Door staff didn’t know where the bus shuttle departed from and so we missed it. Poor.

حجزت غرفة عن طريق موقع بوك كينغ بها سرير كبير وعندما وصلت الفندق تفاجأت بأن الغرفه بها سريرين لان الفندق غير الحجز والسبب تواجد زوار بكثره .. وبعد مراجعتهم وعدم استلامي الغرفه تم تغير الغرفه ..

The view , food and services are excellent. I'm very much satisfied with the staff. They are doing a great job in providing excellent services.

1-four nights and I have to call for them to clean the room 2-noise from next door every single night, this includes kids and adults talking all night long, no sleep 3-windows of the hotel are dirty, the view and pictures were not clear 4-we have to wait for taxies 5-the staff are weird

Very wide choice of breakfast foods. Very helpful staff in all locations, including around the pool, on the beach, in the bars. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

We really liked that we needed a smoking room and they were able to accommodate. However, we were charged for an upgrade since it was an oceanview room despite sacrificing the room on a higher floor which was a previously noted preference. We checked in at night and woke up to leave the room around 10:30 AM for daily activities. We only returned to the room to pack up and prepare for checkout so we essentially paid for a view that we did not benefit from.

I've stayed here several times in the past and have loved it despite it being so expensive. One reason I loved it was for the breakfast buffet. However, the breakfast buffet has changed - there are considerably fewer offerings.

They should be DO NOT DISTURB CARDS in the rooms. Lighting in the room is really bad. Need more lights esp at night.
