The way we arrived we were greeted with warmth and love, a special team shiva & ajay & shurty & sadik accompanied us along the wave of freedom The hotel is clean and beautiful located in an amazing area, they upgraded our room

All great. it was our 2nd staying in this hotel. good to see that nothing got worse over past three years despite pandemic.

The in-room temperature was too low for us and couldn’t be regulated, this was unfortunate.

Close to everything & bedside sea

- Receptionist was very great, smart, and polite. I had a conference call while I arrived and he checked me in with no interruption at all and no questions all was through body language 👍🏻 - Parking is big enough - Room has laundry - Hygiene is very nice and high quality

- No valet service - No paste - Little bit far from the shopping and service area

We were hosting an event at Dana Ballroom. Everyone was helpful and specially the porters. 9n checking in and check out Ajay was specially helpful and attentive.

During our event the food should have been kept at the table and rounds added. The Chef or chief waiter (?) and his crew decided to pull out so many plates of uneaten food and replacing with next batch leaving other guest unable to eat and our food qnd money wasted. Food was supposed to be overflowing abundant so people won't say they got hungry at our event or at Bab AlQasr. They were also blocking the view to the stage walking around and standing in front even when the event was going on. Quite rude and disappointing. Sandwiches were dry.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked it for a great location but it turned out to be amazing value. The view was extraordinary and that made all room seem perfect. Bed is cosy and apartment was great space. Special shout out to all the staff who were extremely nice and attentive. But like naturally nice not fake nice as you can experience in some other hotels. Design and lobby might seem little outdated but overall truly amazing experience. Thank You!

Fantastic location, fabulous view from the room, clean and spacious, staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful, especially Receptionist staff (Shruti and Chaimaa) are very cooperative, qualified and helpful. Buffet breakfast was amazing with wide variety of food. Also services were excellent

LET’S talk about what I didn’t liked it was unacceptable

ATTENTION !!! NASTY STAFF IN THE HOTEL The lady at reception didn’t told me that I left my passport at check in when I checked into a new hotel far away in the desert I realised my passport is in Bab Al Qsar the beautiful hotel TELAL RESORT CALLED back Bab Al Qsar enquiring after my Passport they confirm that is there but they said it was in my room !!!! ITS A LIE !! I left it at check in desk my room was ready , I get into room quickly and I went back to St Regis Beach Club evening late I got back to my room and I left early . I didn’t even packed out . I thought my passport is in my wallet in the safe The lady who checked me in knew that I am staying only one night ! When I checked in she mentioned about my beautiful dress ( especially the print ) but she forgot to tell me evening or passing the information to the next shift there is a passport left at desk , they could write and leave a message in my room

This is an excellent place to enjoy the beach and Abu Dhabi. It's close to everything in the city. The beach is nice. The pool is enormous. The staff friendly and efficient. Special mention to Ranjit from the Loop bar, Khalid and Abdo (shisha men), Yunus the PT, Sultan and the bell boys for being friendly and diligent.

the appartment was clean and spacious. perfect for family of 2 young kids, grandma and parents.

construction was going on so the access to the property was a bit difficult.

They gave me early check in room, as I requested 😍

There are not much choices in food menu, there is no beauty salon

The prompt response to problem solving was amazing. Special thanks to Thea for her professional approach to solving problem and her over and beyond assistance. Generally, all the staffs were helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back to stay with you guys. Thanks a Million, you guys made my stay very enjoyable.
