مكان جميل وفندق رائع وخدمة استقبال ممتازه

لا يوجد خدمة توصيل الشنط - خدمة فالي باركن تعبانه وتأخير في توصيل السيارة وشغلهم مش مرتب يعني المفاتيح مرميه علئ سطح الدرج بشكل عشوائي يقولك تعال دور مفتاحك - افضل فتح خدمة مواقف السيارات يعني صاحب المركبه بنفسه ينزل عالباركن مش مجبر للبفالي باركن تجنبا للتأخير في اوقات الازدحام .

مساحة الغرفة جدا جدا صغير ،الأثاث جدا قديم فعلا يحتاج المكان للتجديد والتنظيم أكثر وتغير الوان واثاث الغرف ،جدا ألون باهت وقدييييم سجادة الأرض تحتاج للتغيير ،الخزائن من الداخل مغبره للاسف، لم اتوقع الفندق بهذا المستوى خصوصا وانه تحت روتانا ،شركة كروتانا معروفة كاسم شركة عالمية ،عانينا كذلك من الباركنات الداخلية أكثرها للموظفين ومعلقة بشريط!!! الإضاءة جدا جدا جدا ضعيفه فالممرات والغرف، فعلا المكان يحتاج للتجديد والأثاث يحتاج للتغيير من ستائر الباهته اللون والسجاد والألوان الغامقه جدا فالغرف ،لم نحس بالراحة كثيرا ،الطاقم ممتازين لكن الغرف والباركنات للأسف صفر ،اتمنى من إدارة الفندق تجديد وتحسين الفندق أكثر الباركنات تنبعث منها رائحة المجاري ،فعلا لم نستمتع فالاقامة بالمكان وخرجنا فالصباح الياكر من الساعة ال8:30 صباحا تقريبا

I requested to clean my room in the mooring around 9.30 am by phone, then I left the room going to the hospital. I came back on 5 pm. I disappointed that they did not clean my room as I requested. When I asked about that they said the staff did not have time to clean my room, later they said he forgot to clean my room. He forgot his work, that is his problem. it is not my problem. Cleaning service is already payable with the room booking fees. Will the hotel will give me back the amount of not cleaning which I already paid which I paid for the sayings? They said sorry, but the sorry will not fix the problem. They offred to clean my room immediately, but I refused because I was completely tired because the treatments' session which I have taken in the hospital, and I was sleepy because of the medication which the doctor gave me.

Everything was good, like the TV; how it moves, the sofa the comfy bed, nice shower gel

Hotel's room was really fantastic, Neat & Clear. the problem i found on tv most of the channel was Arabic. Should be a variety of languages. Car parking is available all the time. And the overall environment was great.
