Everytime you call reception it would take forever for someone to answer . The tv is old and we. Couldn’t connect our Apple TV subscription with comcast

High quality hotel in every detail. We enjoyed our stay as a family with our child. The hotel is suitable for adults, family with 0-1 year and above. Butler service is super helpful and attentive to all our needs. Great buffet worth every penny. Amazing beach snd clear sea and super nice pools for all ages

Rates are super expensive during winter. If possible to make offers for Marriott Bonvoy loyal clients

الموقع رائع و بوفيه الطعام كان متنوع لدرجة مبهرة

مرور الاشخاص بملابس البحر في اروقة مطعم البوفيه و ساءني جداً موظفة اسمها بريتني لم تلبي طلبي بإرسال شخص لاغلاق طاولة الطعام المتحركة لاخراجها من الغرفة كما انها تكرر : لم افهم عفواً/ رغم وضوح كلامي بالانجليزي/ هي نفسها بالصدفة اكتشفت انها الموظفة ذاتها التي اعتذرت بتقديم الخدمة و عدم فهمهما للمتحدث حين ذهبت الى غرفة امي في نفس فندقكم اخبرتني امي انها اتصلت لتطلب شاي وحاولت افهامها ولكنها لم تتجاوب معها! كان من المفترض ان تعطي الهاتف لموظف عربي عندكم او اقل تقدير ان تستوعب اللغة العربية او للمتحدثين بالانجليزية بشكل مبسط! لقد اخبرت امي انها لا يمكن تقديم الخدمة لانها لم تفهمها ولم تساعد امي رغم طلب امي الواضح بالانجليزي! تأكدت انها الشخص ذاته حين اتصلت من غرفة امي واجابتني الموظفة ذاتها! كذلك ساءني تفتيش العامل لثلاجة الغرفة قبل ان اخرج منها واقوم بحمل اغراضي للجيك اوت؛ كان من المفترض ان ينتظر الى ان اخرج من الغرفة ثم يقوم بالتفتيش من باب اللياقة واتيكيت التعامل مع رواد الفندق! لاني في كل حال سأقوم بالمرور على موظف الاستقبال قبل ان اخرج من الفندق و اسلّم بطاقة الغرفة

This is our favourite hotel in Abu Dhabi, I couldn’t rate it highly enough. From the minute you arrive, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is stunning, the staff are wonderful and the blue blue sea is picture perfect. The choice of restaurants are great, our highlight is Sontaya, where the staff go above and beyond to make you feel special. Another shoutout is too the staff at the Adult pool, they are so friendly and helpful.

The staff were exceptional, the hotel was calm and has nice vibes. We loved that they sent us ladies to deliver our private dining all the time… which was comfortable as it was a girls trip.

The phone in the toilet area was annoying as it feels like someone is talk while youre in there😅

It makes you feel that you are in a luxurious getaway! It’s not a hotel it’s an experience. Also, Mr. Brandon at the reception was the absolute best, he represented the essence of what it means to stay at a St. Regis

The staff was amazing, everyone smiling and willing to help. I forgot some stuff in the room and the staff facilitate the shipping to my adress. The difference was definitely made by the people, from cleaners to valet, to beach staff, butlers and reception. They all were great. Breakfast was amazing, crazy variety and taste.

Das Personal war sehr sehr nett und professionell. Die a la carte Restaurants sind hervorragend (Buffet haben wir nicht ausprobiert). Der Strand ist wunderschön auch die Anlage ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind alt, aber in einem guten Zustand. Die Hauseigene Bäckerei ist fantastisch unbedingt ausprobieren! Das Fitnesscenter ist hervorragend! Zimmerservice ist ebenfalls hervorragend.

Das Hotel fokusiert fast ausschliesslich auf Familien. Natürlich ist das völlig in Ordnung, jedoch sollten Paare/Ruhesuchende dies berücksichtigen, der Lärmpegel ist enorm. Es gibt einen Adults pool, welcher unser Aufenthalt (gerettet) hat. Musik bis um 24.00 bei schlecht isolierten Zimmer. Wir hatten uns dementsprechend beklagt und tatsächlich wurde die Musiklautstärke reduziert. Dennoch fragt man sich, wieso dies nötig ist? Es ist offensichtlich, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist.

The beach, the swimming pool, the food in the open buffet, the room even it was too small compering to other hotels in Abu Dhabi.

It just the the incidents happened with us in swimming pool intrance ,the manager and the security didn't allow us to have our own juice with us , even we informed him that it's for our special need kid , which make my Son very Sad

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, wonderful location, exceptional service and great rooms. We upgraded to a sea view room and it was worth the extra for the views.

Wir kamen dieses mal wegen dem Konzert "Saadiyat Nights" es ist sehr nahe dem Konzertgelände gelegen. Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig und schön mit Balkon und Sitzmöglichkeit. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet, es hat für jeden etwas dabei. Die Manhattan Bar ist unser Favorit, tolle Drinks und es kann geraucht werden drinnen. Das Personal im ganzen Haus ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher. Danke!

Stunning beach with perfect swimming

Magnifique hotel, au bord d'une belle plage privée de sable fin, multiples piscines réfrigérées vu les températures très élevées en été, fantastique petit déjeuner, chambre spacieuse, excellente literie, personnel extrêmement serviable et disponible, certainement un hotel a recommander sans hesitation.
