I liked the check-in / check-out experience, friendly staff, good room with good view and a very good location of the hotel since it was like 2 minutes walking distance away from the Free Yas Express Shuttle stop which would take us to the Yas Island attractions free.

-The location is perfect to all attractions in Yas Island. -The price was fair for two connecting rooms during season. -Basic amenities provided. - Quick check-in. -Familiy oriented due to the nature of the attractions. - Free Shuttle services nearby for attractions.

- Hotel Management has been running renovation and maintenace since March to the reception/entrance and didn't bother to report it to guests in advance or pre-booking. Guests had to go all way around the hotel back and forth for access and hailing taxis, very inconvient. - Notification of maintenance was posted inside the room since March, where it should have been made public in booking sites and communications. - Temporary check-in reception was made inside the Coffeeshop of the hotel, very inconvinent where guests arrived and left while the coffeeshop patrons where trying to enjoy their time. - Aged furniture, needs to be replaced. The twin bed room lacked basic furniture like a side table. - Old TVs, not even smart. - Room A/C is the old dial/scroll system, which was annoying in managing room temperature. Had to call maintenance twice for our two rooms where the cooling was set to 26 degrees and wouldn't go down. - Amenities provided enough for one person, where the stay is for two people per room. No slippers, a single spoon to use, etc. - Room service food was tasteless. - Halls smelled of paint and bleach. - Early morning maintenance and works noise. - Got locked out of room because door lock's battery expired, had to wait 20 minutes in the hallway till help came in. - Rooms pictures in Booking.com looked totally different from reality. - I have been staying in Rotana hotels franchise since it started, but this property falls behind expectations of all Rotana properties that I've been to.

We just stayed for a night was amazing and clean hotel. With specious room and service is high level. great place to stay

Nothing just staff was overall good at room service and guest service, valet and concierge.

Main reception under construction so access is long for valet. We tried the parking later and very small and tight for big cars. Also only one elevator that takes you to G floor. Then yiou need to change. I did two bookings b2b and the first was 3x times more expensive, definitely not worth it. Anyhow, checking was okay but they couldnt merge the bookings at check in so had to change cards despite asking to get it sorted at checkin.There was drilling and hammering going on so we couldnt rest as soon as we got there despite our complaints. Instead several managers kept calling us and caused further interruptions to our nap. Remember travelling with kids! Room had little storage for a family with two children or even for a couple. Bathroom had open shades from outside, who does that!! There was someone smoking in another room and no one could stop him, smoke was on hallway and made it to rooms when you open the door. On last day, hotel asked me to pay again for last day breakfast and someones else's bar bill. I mean no one even checked that it was paid and the other bill wasnt ours. Horrible experience for such a well known hotel. Breakfast was alright, nothing amazing. Overall, room service was acceptable and staff okay especially cleaning and valet staff.

Room was noisy despite being a suite. Across corridor from staff room which was regularly in use with noisy doors. Renovation work ongoing which was not mentioned in the booking.com description Gym was in another hotel so a long walk. Room card didn’t open gym door so had to return to reception. Room was not very clean and had eyesore cladding boxes outside blocking the view

It is super close to the airport and has a lovely view of parts of the Yas marina circuit and Ferrari world. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly!

The balcony was very dusty but I can’t expect much given it is a desert after all… otherwise

1) I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids from booking. I was surprised at checkin that they want to charge me for additional bed. I refused and kindly the guy talked to his manager and said it is only one night and we can give it for free as if they are doing me a favour. 2) Bed and bed linen were not clean. 3) the extra bed was so hard like a prison bed and my son couldn’t sleep on it. Room service people lack basic hygiene and I am sorry to say that.. but we couldn’t even stand their smell when they came into the room

The bed is not very comfortable as i found it hard to fall asleep on.

Quite and clean atmosphere. Will be great for families. Good breakfast selection at choices buffet 😋

The bed mattress was a bit hard, not like the rest of Rotana chain of hotels that I tried

Breakfast is very good. Access to theme parks. Facilities are up to date. Enjoyed the sauna.

So far everything is very good except that pool is open bit late. We would love to have early swimming before breakfast but pool is still close at 7 AM . We have to take our breakfast first before going for a quick relaxation at the pool.
