The room has a tired, there was a problem with water staying on the floor in bathroom (not correct incline in shower. And ventilation didn’t work to help with that. Zip line and surf wave didn’t work but assured that surf wave will start work soon.

I want to say a very huge thank you to the reception staff Sanjitha, Rozen, and Edmund from reception thanks for the stress-free Upgrades and very fast check-in and checkout experience, Christian the manager is doing a great job, despite the busy operation he never relents on going round checking on virtually all the guests not just us, the rest of the staff Richard, Azim, Alvito, Subrat, Surya, Asha, Vignesh, and Vipin are doing fantastic with services, including the chef's Chef Indika, Chef Pradeep, Chef Fatima, Chef Amshu and Chef Bryan thank you all for the amazing breakfast dishes. Check in took a long time. We had to wait in line for 10-15 minutes. When I was about to pay, I was being charged over 2k dirhams. I told the front desk agent that I only have to pay the breakfast because I already paid for the room. She checked again and said I was correct. We were given our card and told they can put an extra bed since we booked the room for three. We said we’ll check how big the bed is and let them know if we need the extra bed. We went to our room and noticed the AC was extremely loud. We complained about this and were given the option to move to another room. Checked the next room they were offering and noticed there were molds in the bathroom. Third room was ok so we accepted it. We told the front desk we would like to have the extra bed placed in the room and left to check out the facilities. When we got back to the room, there was a fruit basket that the from desk said they would send us to apologize for the conditions in the rooms. However, there was no bed. When followed up about the bed and were told that they have no more beds but they can put a mattress on the floor. We told them that we requested for the bed in the afternoon and there was no mention of no more bed available and that it is unacceptable that they expect one of us to sleep on a mattress on the floor in a 5 star hotel. Front desk said they will get back to us. Almost an hour later, we were told that a bed will be placed in the room. Houskeeping came with the extra bed. The frame for the bed was so full of dust! They did not even consider to wipe it off before bringing it to the room. We pointed it out and they said they will clean it. We were told the frame is broken and they got it from the pantry that’s why it’s full of dust. I asked if the mattress is also from the pantry and were told that it is not and it is being used. We made sure because we don’t want to sleep on a mattress that is also full of dust.

The nice and beautiful staff at the restaurant took care of us at breakfast, and we enjoyed dining there, The staff member Christian who is the restaurant manager took his time with his team making sure all the guest got their attention as it was supposed to be as well as his full team, Alvito, Azim, Subrat, Vignesh, Richard, and Vipin all these guys are rocking the restaurant fully, the hotel has the best resort, the jacuzzi and gym are of a great standard as well as the guys their Fina, John, Raju, and Prithivi, Very importantly front office staff was nice Edmund, Sanjitha, and Rozen are doing great job.

Front office, The employee for check in, were super amazing and professional, The Breakfast was fabulous, the staff friendly, helpful, clean and very hospitably I am mentioned the name so you can greeting them and know that you will have a-wonderful time and delicious food, Lee, Christian, Alvito, Richard, Azim, Surya, Asha, mimi, Subrat, and Amal- He made a super tasty omelette.

Yesterday we would to have a dinner about 19:00 or after, the Lady was not very professional “rude” we would like to pay for it and she was saying again you need to pay etc … we said we already knew that put you didn’t give a chance, then from the kitchen a nice man take us in a tour to show us what they have and it was good and many types of food, but because the first lady that reception us, we changed our mind, and went out.

I like that they have very nice amenities and facilities. The pool is really clean and I can assure that you’re going to enjoy it to the fullest. I am so grateful having the upgraded room to private suite it’s soooo reel ❤️❤️❤️❤️ special thanks to Mr. Akshy from the reception are. The restaurant staff especially Lee surya kajol Asha alvito azim Christian and subrat did an amazing job in the restaurant. They served us well, and made sure our table was clean. Not forgetting Christian and mimi and Richard who made us lovely coffee.

Perfectly located on the Abu Dhabi Corniche, close to Qasr Al Watan, you can easily reach the Grand Mosque and the Louvre Abu Dhabi by car/cab from there. The beach at the West Bay, is fantastic. Unfortunately, we could go in the water due to governmental decision following the flooding earlier in 2024. That was bad luck, but the bars and pools there compensated big time. The room was fine and the breakfast buffet absolutely perfect (nice staff btw). We did not dine at the hotel so could not rate the restaurants, we preferred to dine outside and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

The only negative comment would be the service at the Vienna Plaza. Not that employees were unfriendly, not at all, but there is basically no service and it did not seem to be mentioned anywhere that would be self service. Quite confusing.

The location of the hotel, being on the corniche, is fantastic. The attention of Loveline, Imane, Khat, Edmund, Rozen and Siraj was amazing. They were always smiling and kind. We got an upgrade and they were every helpful in arranging for us to receive a package. The beach is nice.

The breakfast food was not very hot.
