I like spacious space and room 2053 was exactly what I like and if given an opportunity to come back will use it again. The receptionist Mastafo I give him a 5/5 with his service. I enjoyed spending time in the heated jacuzzi and also the 24hrs gym was everything and more. I would like to mention these few staff members who made my stay and my birthday unforgettable. -Nour = The barman from Mcgett..... -The Kitchen manager from the breakfast dining area, surprised me with a birthday cake. -The tall man from the door who received me with a warm welcome and had no problem taking me pics daily by the door.

Nothing either than that towards my last stay I felt like extending but my VISA wasn't going to allow me.

Tutto, in particolare l’ambiente e la gentilezza del personale. La piscina tranquilla e poco affollata. I taxi sempre disponibili. La colazione davvero ricca che soddisfa qualunque palato. La posizione è lontana da downtown, ma i taxi costano così poco che non vale la pena spendere di più per dormire, solo x avvicinarsi al centro.

Il prezzo del bar della piscina: assolutamente troppo costoso. Una birra quasi 10 euro è veramente….too much..!

Большая площадь номера. Все чисто и аккуратно. Соотношение цены/качества - хорошее.

Несколько устарелый дизайн. Темновато в номере. Но это индивидуально.

Better breakfast options

Asked for a small size of birthday cake options for my daughter/ minimum was a kg ++ and alternate was a brownie slice. Being a 5 star expecting better options. Ended up ordering on delivery No much info provided in the room for near by tourists areas and must visit places. Hotel should at least put a QR code for online links for better data for visitors

All staff good . Haider at reception was excellent helpful.

Un hotel imens, elegant, luxos personalul foarte amabil și de mare ajutor am rămas profund impresionați de aces hotel.Sigur voi reveni !

The staff were great, Sara at the reception was extremely professional and helpful.

The food was not very impressive, both quality and variety.

Amazing place! Beautiful foyer, staff amazingly helpful. Service was above and beyond. Pool, food, shops and even the elevator will stay with me for a while.

Everything was great, staff, breakfast, room, view, service. Our stay was great.

My stay at Dusit Thani far exceeded my expectations, the service, the room and the cleanliness was 5* quality. Everyone was wiling to help me, and nothing was too much of a bother for anyone. Whilst the lobby is busy at times, when you get to your room, it was peaceful and quiet.

Not sure if the gym was cleaned regularly, could do with modernising.

It was very clean. With all amenties required. For your stay.

The staff is not friendly. I didnt feel welcome, even for the arabic coffee they asked me to pour it myself. Didn’t even ask about the stay and how was it. Felt my stay was a burden on their shoulders
