Easy to get to from the airport, the staff were very helpful on the lead up to our stay and had great communication with us. The room was pleasant and clean, everything needed was provided. Fresh towels daily and bathroom was cleaned daily too.

There wasnt much to dislike although the room was very stuffy, and had small windows.

After being let down by two other properties, this host had accommodation at 10 minutes notice after booking. Very knowledgeable about everything we needed. Highly recommended Next time we need to stay in this area this will be the first place I try and book

The beds were really comfortable and there was free parking.

Location to Heathrow is excellent. Ensuite and comfortable bed.

Our room was missing a small fridge in room, however the host was happy for us to have access to another.

the staff are very nice and it’s close to a train station / amenities. the cost is very reasonable for London!

check in is late so be prepared for that.

Well-proportioned room and bathroom with good use of space and tasteful furnishings/features.

This has clearly been lovely once upon a time, but it feels as if someone has lost interest. The current host isn't resident at night (when we arrived) and the entry instructions seem over-complicated. This room faces the busy Station Road and would benefit from triple glazing - traffic noise was a disturbance. Shower door damaged and difficult to open - needs repairing. The 'Heathrow' address foiled us - long and winding, crowded bus trip to West Drayton is more accurate. Breakfast was a little chaotic.

I didn't expect too much, but just needed a room and bed after a long flight. I did get a warm welcome on arrival.

Bed was not so comfy and I got so cold in the night I had to borrow the duvet off the other bed. Shower was difficult to access and needs a new tap.

Close to tubes. Easy parking. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable and clean. Friendly and cheerful owner.

Fantastic value for money. Very welcoming and friendly, bathroom cleaned and towels replaced everyday (which is remarkable for the price) and the breakfast is very decent. Great location too whether you drive, you need access to the airport or you want to get to central London via the Elizabeth line (30 mins ro Oxford Street)...

Not much to complain about... The rooms are a little dark with few windows but not meant for you to spend the day in your room.

Right on main road, didn't look like the picture, looked a bit unkept. Proprietor said we had choice of two rooms. A king size or queen size bed, we chose the nearest room which was supposed to be queen size. it was just about a double in a small cramped room. Plus side of it was we were only there to sleep before our flight the next morning.

I was unexpectedly upgraded to a bigger room with a larger bed. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was large so there was plenty of space. Lots of power points. Fridge in room. Large bathroom with very good shower. Family run. Plenty of parking - at front of property and secure parking at rear of property. Very good location. Lots of information about surrounding area - places to eat, things to do etc.

Liked the early check in and the gluten free breakfast.

We arrived very late at night and once we received the instructions about how to get in it was all very clear. The cosy, warm room was very much appreciated in the cold weather. Breakfast was excellent and staff welcoming.

The bed duvet was not wide enough to cover us. We repeatedly asked for the code by email to get in after 10pm and had no reply. We had to contact Booking.com to fix this the day before our arrival and this was quite stressful for us.
