Very friendly and helpful owner
We booked two rooms for £98 which came to £196. When we got there one of the rooms was occupied by someone else when we opened the door. The owner then put one of couples in the small double bedroom that was priced at £78, we didn’t bother to say anything about the £20 as the owner apologised and we could see it was an honest mistake by one of his staff.

It was close to the center which was great and very convenient for Southampton Central.

Able to check in at 1pm was helpful and hostess was very friendly....I was going to football game and location is near train station and city centre....everything was fine and working in the room...comfy bed which always helps....overall no complaints

Good location in quiet area. Welcoming and easy check in.
Bed lamp attached to headboard makes for uncomfortable TV viewing. Cannot sit up in bed and lean back against the headboard.

Great location - near to the train station, just a 10-15 minute walk. The room was small, but it was a single room so that was as expected, and it had everything needed. Roddy and Jihea were friendly and Roddy showed me where to go for my conference the next day. A lovely, welcoming place to stay.
The wi-fi was a little patchy at a time of day when most people would be using it, but after an hour or so it worked well again.

The staff are friendly and accommodating, My room no 1 was large and was nice and clean.
I would of liked a cooked breakfast which wasn't on offer.
