Location is the best. Staff pleasant.
The room did not meet given specifications.
No fridge, no iron, no clean bedding or towel, poor AC, not enough clean bathroom, even room bit stinky. They reviewed my stay, marked themselves excellent, i dont know how.

There was not even a single thing i liked. Worst place to stay. Please don't go by photos posted online. It's not even close to what they have posted. The photos are while the hotel opened. Todays photos i have posted. Please check that.
Bed bugs, broken door knobs, Stained beds with uncleaned bathrooms, Cockroach all over the room, Stinking pillows. One of the worst hotels that i have stayed ever in my life. never ever step into this by looking at the photos.

There is nothing to like, the room cleanliness was horrible
So many cockroaches all over, stinking rooms with cigarette smell, not to be recommended. Room service has to be reminded

Cockroaches, unfriendly staff, our booking was camcelled in the afternoon even though we left our stuff there in the morning & they told us we can come back after 12 to check-in. They were really unfriendly and upset when we came in the ecening after a day of sightseeing. If they had told us we need to make partial payment, we would have, but this is a hellhole and you better find something else to book bc it is not worth a single rupee. Cockroaches everywhere, we saw another room where it was only one so we took that one. No hot water. Never again.

The location was the best part about the hotel. Secondly, the room was spacious and lastly the staff was polite and pleasant to interact with.
Hygiene was not the best. There were cockroaches roaming in the room, also the bathroom wasn’t clean and maintained. Apart from that the room service was quite slow and not prompt.

Rooms were full of cockroaches (small rooms compared to photos in advertisements in booking.com)
we went out and came back, room was full of cockroaches, all eatables were spoiled (later when we complained about the cockroaches, they blamed us for not informing it before, as if it was our mistake)
There was water leakage from AC on the bed directly above head, pathetic
There was no water in the wash basin (couldn't brush), we had to use the mixer tap.
There was no kettle available, we couldn't get hot water (I fell sick in the middle of the night, and couldn't get hot water to take medicine)
No room freshener in bathroom, (foul smell) and water leakage in the bathroom tap
Geyser switch was so high we couldn't reach it for switching it on
Exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working
One of the lights in the room kept on flickering
We booked the room for 3 days, no one came to the room for cleaning.. (as if they totally forget about the guests once they check-in) they removed the garbage only after multiple reminders.
They were about the charge us for complimentary water bottles, (as promised during check-in) after negotiation, they let go of the charge
We extended our stay for just 4-5 hours, they charged us Rs.1000/- which is bit expensive (in other hotels, we used to give only Rs.500/- for such extensions)
I find lack of responsibility in fab hotel customer care also. I'm still emailing them for a refund of Rs.533 (failed transaction)

The wifi worked perfectly.
The rooms were clean and spacious.
The staff kept our luggage during the day, after we did the checkout.
It had a vintage lift.
The three people room was for two people with an extra bed on the floor.
Hot water for the shower was inconsistent.
The bedsheets were dirty.
Some rooms were super noisy and it was hard to sleep.
We asked for extra towels (there was only one towel in a three people room) and we weren't brought any, although the staff had already said that they would bring more towels.
