The staff are so rude they don't know how to handle customer they are using unparliamentary language with customer, they even didn't washed the bedsheets and room the rooms are so smelly they even didn't respect women

I was expecting complimentary breakfast as it is provided in other budget hotels. But not even water bottles were provided. I requested for glass ,it was plastic disposable glass. Room was full of mosquitoes ,cobwebs and house fly.

Wifi. But not stable.

The day receptionist with specs is an idiot, pretty rude and unanswerable. My request for extra pillows was disregarded. I can understand why no one comes to this oyo. Employees like these should not be here. Asked to prepay before even the check out date like I am some sort of a fraudster making a living out of cheating hoteliers.
