This is the third class worst hotel, I saw in my life, not even for rating 1, if it is allowed then will rate this as most negative rating. I booked two rooms, both were more dirtiest than even gutter, rooms walls are filled with paan peek, bedsheets were like some one has littered some dirty things, hotel management is even more worst than some third class person. I saw hotel register where we need to fill out our details, and that was actually proper Oyo rooms type where only local people come out for there personal use. I recommend don't go with their reviews, it seems they all are fake. I never recommend anyone to stay or book this hotel.

We had a very nice stay at Srujana, Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, nice atmosphere, a clean room and plenty of hot water. Can be recommended.

They didn't let me stay in hotel saying that they are not accepting any online bookings. So why you guys still take bookings from customers when you don't allow them to stay. It is really worst kind of service.. I struggled to find a new hotel to stay at 11 pm. Is it a joke or an organized fraud you guys are doing by taking payment and not providing services.!!!! I didn't even receive my payment back also.. Stop assuring people if you are not able to deliver the service. It is humiliation at the hotel. If you're not in contact with the property owners why are you taking payment and confoming bookings???? You know this is an offence which can be put forth in Consumer court.. right!!

Room service, cleaning, bed sheets, bathroom all the things were too much worst.

It's very bad experience. We didn't expect this kind of room from oyo and booking.com. Rooms were dirty and bedsheets were not cleaned properly. We found no.of cockroaches in the bed room and as well in the toilet. This forced us to leave the room immediately at night. This is not meant for family room.  Hope you understand the customer issue and do the needful in future.

Oyo fake bookings

There is nothing to like

1. Despite the confirmation, they said the rooms are not available and said it's a miscommunication between booking.com and Oyo. 2. Since the room is booked via booking.com and not Oyo, it is not their responsibility to give us a room 3.They demanded additional money to give us a room 4.The new given room was not what we booked in the website, It's a double room where as we asked for two double beds in the room (triple occupancy) 5.So,we immediately vacated the room in 10mimutes because of their rudeness. We booked a new hotel which costed us 3X of what paid during our booking with srujana hotel as it's a last minute booking. Very very disappointing experience

It seems OYO rooms are not meant for family. The rooms were full of cockroaches and bedsheets were dirty used by couples.
