We come every year on a girly weekend, we love the apartment, it's so comfy and quiet, near enough to yorks delights, but a little sanctuary too !

Probably the best accommodation I stayed in on my month travelling Europe.
Lovely spacious apartment, big bedrooms and a very comfy bed. The bathroom was also very nice.
A great variety of toiletries, a coffee machine, and even croissants for the first morning.
Perfect location, close to the York centre.
I have already recommended this property to friends.

The location for restaurants and attractions is superb. It is also really quiet. All the attractions are within easy walking distance. I recommend the train museum and it's a lovely walk from the apartment especially on a Sunday.
The only thing I didn't like was plastic spoons and spatulas for cooking however that's because I'm a chef. I want to point out the layout of the kitchen and the cooking facilities were superb and you could quickly cook yourself a nice meal. With local shops, just 2 or 3 minutes walk away.

The location was perfect to get into the centre of York, the bars and restaurants were easy to reach.

Nothing less than perfect! Katy and her team let us do an early check in, which was much appreciated after travelling with children for a number of hours. The appartment was spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to everything, but nice and quiet. Communication with the host was great. Will highly recommend!

The apartment is brilliant. Bright and clean and everything in it well set out and simple to use. Entry and car parking straightforward. Host Katy met us (flexible and great communication) and checked us in with no fuss.
We stayed over Christmas while visiting family and it was ideal - it's a great location for everything you want in York. Comfortable and plenty of space for my wife and I plus our two teenage daughters. Weren't expecting to use the kitchen amenities but when the restaurant we booked for Christmas Eve turned out to be closed (!) we were very pleased that our last minute supermarket shop could be chopped, cooked, served etc with ease. Very pleased we booked this apartment.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. It was only a 5 minute walk into york town centre, this enabled us to park the car up for the weekend and walk.
Katy provided us with a continental breakfast for our first morning, this was a nice touch.
I would definitely recommend staying here the location was superb, it was far enough away from the noise but close enough to explore the town by foot.
