Breakfast was idli and vada bought from near by outlet. Hotel location was in a lane around 300 m to main road.

There much more can be added for improving the comfort.

Located down a quiet alley away from traffic. Some local restaurants and shops around to get supplies. Breakfast was indian style and yum although we were the only guests one day so they didn't provide breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.

Prior to arriving I received messages saying if I didnt pay half upfront the booking could get cancelled. I wrote asking how do I pay since no option was given and was in a loop for days with the same message being sent to me over and over with no instructions on how to pay. Even when I called the phone number, I was locked into a recorded message loop offering no way to pay Super frustrating. Nearly cancelled the booking. I ended up finding the Treebo site and was easily able to pay. Including that in the message threatening to cancel our booking would have been helpful. Also put shower didn't work so had to squat under the tap. Not a first for me in India and water was super hot so not that bad and to be fair I didn't bother asking them to fix it. Location was ok but needed a rickshaw to get to tourist sites.

Budget stay. Safe place. Heart of the city.

Breakfast was not provided on time, delayed everyday indirectly forcing us to delay our plan. Unable to find difference between standard and deluxe size rooms, both were of same size.

Room is clean. Staffs are friendly

Parking is outside. Rooms are very small. I prefer soaps than body wash solutions. 1 liter only free water after u need to pay if u want water

The food provided was very good the staff service was good

The rooms were comfy and staff was supportive.
