Very impressive grand entrance and a good spread of choices for breakfast and dinner
After the initially impressive entrance, upon check-in we were told it was €3 per day to "rent" the safe in the room. Have never seen that before and immediately made it clear that the hotel was intent on money grabbing. Similar things like at dinner no drink, even water, is offered at the buffet - need to pay for anything here too. Same if you lost a pool towel card - €20 if you lost it, even though the cards are identical and would cost almost nothing to produce. Aside from that, if you're a young couple I wouldn't recommend - bed is just two twins pushed together (not very comfy) and average age of guests is 60+. Entertainment all geared at that age range. Breakfast buffet was much better than dinner, so would not recommend half board and to go elsewhere somewhere more lively and less mass canteen like.

The bedroom was quiet and peaceful at night. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient. The pools were warm and enjoyable. The food was very good. A very enjoyable stay.
Management must stop guests rushing down reserving sunbeds with towels and then leaving them unoccupied for half the day. That's so wrong!
Although we quite like piano music, a live pianist every night for 2 hours is quite irritating.

Loud music for pool aerobics one hour everyday. But that's being very picky.

Lovely views on West facing balcony. Not all rooms have this, but we had a great room. Relaxed atmosphere. Feels like home after several visits.
Quiet section of dining room wasn't open all the time. We like it because we are hard of hearing.

Being so close to the sea - it was nice listening to the sound of the waves at night.
The cleanliness was impressive.

The area outside the dining room leading to the bar is bland and soulless. It is somewhat similar to an airport lobby.
The bar area is sterile with chairs in a row - the lighting is too harsh, and the ambience is poor. It's not inviting and definitely needs an injection of colour with some comfortable seating.
We chose to specialise elsewhere in the evenings.

Spacious room and balcony with a nice view. Excellent meals with fantastic choice. Friendly and helpful staff.
The only problem we had was that the mattress was too hard , we didn't sleep well and I had sore hips every morning.

far too few members of staff to deal with drinks orders. had to wait over half an hour on a few occasions before we were served. This was very apparent during the evenings entertainment times.

Quiet feel to this top-end hotel, with plenty of space in and around the pools. Nice bar area for the evenings, sometimes with live music playing.
Although the evening buffet had lots of choice, very few were suitable for vegetarians, which seems out-dated for the modern diet.
You have to walk about 20mins to get to a decent & usable beach

The hotel is comfortable and clean, breakfast is great, lunch at the bar is good and cheap.
Too big, too much people, feeling like a rabbit in a cage. Long waiting time for check in. No beach. Los Christianos is a very touristic place without any interest.

It was clean and comfortable. We used the UP lounge for 2 days which was better than being in the crowds around the main pools. The gym is well equipped. There was lots of choice for breakfast and the staff were all pleasant.
It was really expensive for drinks. Two of us had two average drinks on our first night yet the bar bill was almost £60! Escaping to the UP lounge cost €52 each. The air conditioning in the gym area was woeful. Way too hot.

could of had more well known tribute acts eg. Tina turner etc which would be more suitable for age range of holiday makers

The quality of the food was excellent as well as the variety and quantity. The staff was helpful and polite all the time. The facilities were also quite good and comfortable. Totaly recommended for the price value. The only cons is that the spa was closed at weekends and it was not clearly said on the web information.
