Size of the rooms. Cleaned every day with fresh towels daily. Cooking facilities were good.

Around the pool area there was a lot of banging and drilling going on due to part of the hotel being refurbished. Although we had an email to say it would be going on, we didn't realise the noise would be so bad. So what should have been a relaxing time round the pool wasn't! Jet2 customers were offered compensation for this. So booking this holiday independently via Booking.com has put us at a disadvantage in that respect. Had we known the noise was going to be that bad, we would've gone elsewhere. I frequently book via Booking.com and have never had reason to complain before, but this time it's different. We were very disappointed and feel it spoilt our holiday.

Good location , very clean and well maintained. A small cosy hotel with very friendly helpful staff . Nice bar area and lots of sunbeds . Small mini market in the bar area was useful although there are shops and a supermarket in walking distance.

No aircon in rooms may be an issue in the height of summer . A buffet brunch is offered all morning but my personal preference is I would have liked the option to just get a lighter snack in the morning.

Big spacious rooms, close by to local pubs, Restaurants and supermarkets, friendly staff, nice little pool bar and shop, lots of sun beds which people didn’t have to wake up early for as they were locked up until 10am which was really nice

Through no fault of anyone’s there is quite a few ants about, however each room does have a can of spray which does work and it’s not really something that can just be fixed. We did have a slight issue in our room, a piece of the flooring around the kitchen tiles had become loose which we didn’t notice until it scratched my toddlers leg when they were crawling around however the hotel couldn’t be more apologetic and it was fixed before we even went back to the room 10 mins later, we were also given free drinks at the pool and late check out on our last day for free due to this.

The entertainer Sarah was great for small kids brilliant

No sweeping brush in rooms

very clean. modern. entertainment not very busy which is good. quiet in evenings. food okay. wouldn’t go all inclusive but for a day I got the Buffett which was nice.
