Booking, payment and check-in very smooth. Plenty of off road parking for our 4 vehicles. Olya (owner) was waiting to show us round the property and facilities (of which there are many), both inside and out. Property was clean and fresh and welcoming on a brisk March day. We soon settled in and had the log fire flashed up in no time. Very well equipped kitchen and plenty of crockery/cutlery for our party of 10 plus a 8 week old baby and small dog. Before our evening meal, we all relaxed in the large Jacuzzi which was a balmy 40C. The 3 large bathrooms (2 en suite) were just right for our group. The bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of storage space for clothes etc. The open plan kitchen, diner, lounge provided a great family space to sit comfortably on the massive sofas and catch up while preparing meals or watch one of the provided DVDs on the large screen TV. The property was as described, in fact I would say it was better than described.19 The purpose of our visit was to gather as a family for a 30th birthday, go out for a celebration meal on one night and eat in the rest if the time. This we managed to do and it was all very easy. However, our stay coincided with the start of the lockdown due to COVID-19, so our other planned outings and forest walks etc were cancelled. The position of this property makes trips into the New Forest and towns/villages within or Southampton a doddle as they are all only a few minutes drive away. I would come back to this property with a large group again without hesitation. and thoroughly recommend it.

Olya was extremely helpful and responsive from start to end. The house was beautiful and included everything we needed! There were 12 of us girls staying in total, for 4 days, and it was perfect. The hot tub is definitely the highlight. While you're hidden away there are still lovely walks and a big supermarket within minutes drive, plus new forest towns like Lyndhurst 10/15 mins away. Thank you Olya for such a seamless stay, I'm sure we'll be back.

We had a fantastic weekend. The property is fabulous, really well equipped and in a great location with so much to do right in your doorstep. Olya is a superb host.
