We we upgraded to a junior suite from our twin room as it was my daughter’s 30th birthday.
Chocolate strawberries and a bottle of wine was also left in the room for us which was a really nice gesture.
Also loved the fresh milk in the room.

Room was very small even though ordered a Superior King Room
No dressing gowns and no milk on day 2 for teh coffee !!!

The location only!
The staff insisted to take 1000 pounds as hold for five days only. I’ve been back home since 7th of Oct and my money is not yet back!

The staff was exceptional. The location is also perfect, I was close to everywhere I needed to be. And the rooms were great. I also loved that there was a couple zen books on wabi sabi, I needed it and I appreciated that thoughtfulness.
The rooms could have used more shelves and storage space. The TV controller sometimes didn't work. When you shower water comes out on the bathroom floor- so you needed extra towels.

Terrible room size. Couldn’t sleep all night… walls are so thin me and my husband heard doors banging and people talking all night.
Room size is the smallest room for a hotel we have ever experienced. TERRIBLE.

Small rooms. Air conditioning not working. Front desk or guest services simply don’t answer the phone. We tried for 30 minutes between 11:40pm and 12:10 am.
