La ubicación al lado del ferry y la amabilidad del personal.

La ubicación es ideal si buscas algo cerca del ferry, la habitación limpia, cómoda, baño limpio, todo muy bien dentro de las instalaciones. Recomendable por su ubicación, su personal amable y atento.

El horario de la piscina es muy corto ya q es hasta las 6 pm, el bar necesita un poco más de atención ya que no había bar tender en ocasiones. Mi habitación pensábamos que tendría vista al mar y no fue así, ojo al elegir habitación por si buscamos vista al mar.

Excellent location, big spacious room, beach towels available each day. Room and facilities very clean.

Swimming pool is very small with only a few sun-loungers. Room was a bit old and bare. Was a bit expensive for the quality of the room.

Very nice view of the ocean from the room, location was perfect very close to the ferry and many restaurants nearby which makes it more convenient to stay in the north part of the island rather than south part. Also, in the north part is one of the most beautiful beach Playa Norte.

Restaurant is open only until 12:00 PM.

We loved our stay. Room very comfortable, very large and clean. Is is not 5 stars hotel. But is not what we were looking for or expected in a island. Walking distance to all night life ( clubs, life music, bars, restaurants) But hotel is super quiet. Right in front of ferry that made super convenient . We loved it and definitely recommend and will be back.

Everything was perfect!

This accommodation was a pleasant surprise for us, and I believe it deserves a higher score on Booking. Everything was great, the rooms were superb, and the location is excellent, right next to one of the best golf cart rental places (at least compared to the options we found), and the port. Everything is close by, the pool and the bay view is also great. The only thing I would mention that although we could leave our belongings in a separate room after check-out, we were supposed to pay for it after 3 pm. It wasn't a significant amount, but it still caught me by surprise, but at least we had the option and that is fine.

This hotel is located one block from the ferry terminal, it is a big deal for us with several suitcases. The staff are very courteous and helpful. It is a bonus that they provide bottle water in the room and you can refill the bottles from the water cooler on the first floor. Our room is on the third floor with oceanview, I would prefer higher level because of the street noises but it is not too bad. They also have free storage service if you arrive too early or want to stay around after checking out. There is some kind of construction going on in the next building but the noises are not too loud and it is not constant.

Fantastic location, walking distance to all amenities. Lovely rooms, nice and clean at a good price.

Great location near the ferry, right in the heart of the village at the north end of Isla Mujeres We walked to and from the ferry, about 1.5 blocks away. This hotel is in the perfect location for everything. Golf cart rental is a block away, shops, restaurants, tour places are all right there. Short walk to Playa El Norte, 2 blocks from Playa Centro. Good front desk staff, hotel is clean, has a nice little pool (which is not super warm), a nice gym, nice area to hang clothes, good AC, hot water, space around the sink to put toiletries, big shower/bathroom, a safe, a fridge. Nice place.

Too noisy,and no washcloths. The website said they had a pool which is one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. The pool wasn't open because they were working on the area. It would have been nice if the hotel let people know that.

2 minute walk from ferry. Affordable. Great staff-clean and comfortable. They have a very wonderful breakfast every day on the top floor!!!

The location is its biggest strength and its worse attribute! We walked everywhere, close to town-restaurants etc. As it is on the main road it is noisy from traffic. We shut our patio doors at night and slept fine but a room facing the ocean is loud.

The bed was very uncomfortable being extremely hard. Also, we weren’t able to use the pool as the deck was being replaced. The shower head was positioned too low.

The property is in a great location and is good value for money. The staff are all very friendly and happy to help with any queries.
