The location was perfect nice and quite but convenient for getting around.

A lovely little cottage, private & nicely separated from neighbours & although on the main road, quiet. It is a little north of TeAnau & a bit far to walk without a car. It is well equipped, very clean & comfortable & Maggie is a very accomodating host. We had a lovely view of the mountains which we could enjoy from the living area or the outdoor table setting. We had a happy stay there.

Beautiful cottage, plenty of space, warm, comfortable and clean. Spent 3 nights here, and would recommend it highly.

An adorable cottage - somehow spacious and cozy-feeling at the same time - in a great location. Maggie was a wonderful host. Overall an awesome experience.

Beautiful modern cottage with great space and good shower. Very private and quite. Good access to town and Milford Sound.
Appliances little dated. Stove bit hard to use and fridge bit noisy.

owner said they had lots of plans to improve the property
not enough cutlery and crockery.
no dishwasher, no access to washing machine or drier, no access to iron and ironing board.
very little storage for clothes. hanger for clothes sub optimal
a fair bit of room to improve it to the luxurious status that it claims to be

Wonderful spacious cottage beautifully decorated. In the country, quiet, peaceful and animals around us.

The hosts were amazing, and provided great advice of things to do in the area. Cottage was of a high standard and we would recommend this highly to all.

Great location, perfect setting with easy access. Lovely views towards the Mountains. Hosts were very welcoming and even the animals made us feel at home. The WiFi connection was very good. Also excellent hot water pressure for showering.
The breakfast bowls could have been deeper to accommodate my cereal, We didn't like leaving. Maybe come back in the winter with Snow around!

Location was great, beautiful view and very peaceful. Rachel our host was lovely, gave us great information on walks in the area and even turned on our heating for us as we were late back each evening!
