Location was central enough.

Room was not what I booked. It was far smaller and had no window. Temperature was too hot and could not be altered. Bathroom uncomfortably tiny. TV did not work even though I told reception and someone was supposed to have fixed it during the stay. This is my first ‘bad’ experience of a booking.com stay.

Nos tocó una habitación en 1er piso al frente, pequeña pero muy cómoda. La zona es hermosa, y nos manejamos muy bien

Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lokatie perfect voor bezoek Londen, min of meer aan Hyde Park.

Het bed was vrij smal en wat kort, soort twijfelaar van 190cm lang; dus dat mag wel wat beter.

حجم الغرف كبير بالنسبة لفنادق لندن ولكن تم أختيار الغرفة كلوب وليست العادية والقيمة بالنسبة للغرفة ممتازة مقاونة بالفنادق الأخري وطاقم العمل جدا محترم وممتاز وبالأخص الأخت marsida كانت لدينا مشكلة بالغرفة عند وصولنا وتم تغيرها خلال دقائق من تكلفة أضافية

المكان ممتاز بالنسبة للنظافة والموقع والسعر

الموقع ممتاز جدا وقريب من كل شي، القيمة ممتازة بالنسبة للموقع والنظافة، فيه شطاف وهذا نادر وسبب وجود اغلب الخليجين فيه

مزعجين شوي وحريصين على راحتك بشكل مزعج كل شوي حق النظافة يجي والرسبشن يسالون اذا تبي شي

تم تغير مكان الفندق ولم يتم التنبيه عن ذلك فكان الموقع والصور وكل شي في بوكنق على الفندق القديم ولم يتم اخبارنا لان تم تغير الفندق والغرف للحجم الاصغر ولايوجد اي من خدمات غير التنظف والفطور

I can hear my neighbour, couldnt sleep from the noise. The floor is wood so we can hear everything outside.

Polite and friendly staff. Nice room. Offered to store my bag for the day when I checked out

Unfortunately, the hotel is looking a little tired and in need of a refurb. The bathrooms are particularly in need of some TLC.

The location was fabulous .

the rooms were like sleeping in a sauna air conditioning didn’t work. The rooms were not 5star standard botched wallpaper curtains coming off track thread bare carpet in parts . bathroom not brilliant . had breakfast one day tiny room didn’t enjoy the breakfast at all.

its a Motel not a hotel very small rooms

The location was good for what we wanted to do.

The room was downstairs that felt like the basement particularly with the damp smell in the corridor. The toilet seat was lose, the shower soaked the whole bathroom and there was a chunk missing from one of the floor tiles that cut my wife's foot. The carpet in the room was old and stretched creating ripples in it. We couldn't even make a cup of tea in the morning as the UHT milk portions curdled when put in the cup so probably out of date! The hairdryer in the room was tatty and last PAT tested in 2017 so we didn't take the chance and drip dried. We had a buffet style English breakfast booked which barely was barely warm.

can’t get a VAT receipt which means I have lost money from my company. I have messaged and messaged both Booking.com and yourselves and spoken with a manager at the hotel.

The property is located in a great location, beautiful Marble Arch as you walk through and an outstanding stair case.

We truly loved the property just feel it needs a little TLC the lift has been a bit bashed and under our bed was some rubbish just where it wasn’t pulled out and cleaned.
