This was the pefect property for our family of five!
We received an email with everything we needed to know about the property well before our arrival date. The information was easy to understand and very informative. The check in process was super easy - we could do it at our convenience. One of the owners stopped by the second day (at our convenience) to show us some main features of the house. He was very nice and easy to talk to. Communicating thru the app was simple, and they were VERY responsive, which we appreciated!
The property is in a nice, quiet location. There wasn't a time where we felt unsafe, and it was easy to get to the places we wanted to go.
As someone who is really picky about cleaning, I must say that this house was immaculate! Everything was in such good shape, clean, and labeled. It was easy to find what you needed, and they truly thought of EVERYTHING! In addition, the house is decorated and styled very nicely!
We had kids ranging from 6-17, and there was something to do for everyone. Lots of different games, puzzles, the putting green, table tennis, and more...but the pool was the best part! We spent time every day in the pool. It was very nice, and they even had a few floaties and a couple of lifejackets for our smaller kids. The only thing I would say about the pool was that it drops off pretty quickly to the deeper end, but the kids learned quickly where they could and could not touch.
Overall, it was a perfect stay! We will be back! :)

Wonderful property! Had everything we needed even plenty of pillows which is rare! We loved every minute. My adult kids loved all the different spaces, allowing them privacy. It also had great large group spaces. Pool was amazing!

I went with my family with almost 13 adults and young children, the place too clean, organized and beautiful, the receptivity of the hosts is the best in a long time, I have stayed in thousands of cities for vacations and I do not have a similar experience, I am grateful for the support provided to celebrate my husband's birthday. This was an excellent house and property. We had 19 kids and coaches from Oregon baseball team stay at this property in March. It had plenty of room and equipment, the hosts were easy to work with and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a big or small group of people who want a very relaxing and fun time. It is very central to a lot of things making it easy to get around town, along with a safe neighborhood.

The home was perfect for our family vacation. Pool & jacuzzi were occupied of the trip! The kids had a blast in the man cave.Furnishings were modern & comfortable. I usually don’t sleep well in VRBO’s & we all slept DEEPLY in cushy beds with soft linens. There was also Adequate parking for the 4 families that joined us on the trip. Recommend highly!

So sad to leave this vacation property! It was perfect for 9 of us—and could have slept many more with the huge couches (all 9 of us watched tv on the family room one!) and extra blow up beds available. Pool and yard were great—lots of yard games. Owners gave hike and food recommendations and checked to see if we needed anything. Would most definitely stay here again!

Our gymnastics team stayed at this house for an event in downtown Phoenix. We couldn't have asked for a better property for our stay. The location is perfect with easy access to freeways! The house is exactly as described. It is spacious and clean. There is plenty of room for people to gather and/or have privacy if needed. The kitchen is well-stocked and incredibly organized. The beds are very comfortable, and the air mattresses provide a lot of flexibility. Dina and Mark are attentive and welcoming hosts. Many of us had never been to the area, and this house felt like home!

These accommodations were perfect for our family gathering of Alaskans, New Yorkers, and Arizonians. All 22 of us had enjoyed all the outdoor options of the pool, hot tub, golf, corn hole etc and relaxing hammocks, chairs and cafe tables
Inside we all had a comfy place to sleep, enjoyed the large dining room, and large areas to watch tv or play games, and the marvelously equipped and remodeled kitchen.
Above all was the fabulous care and consideration given by Dina and Mark. We couldn’t have asked for any better

This was the perfect property for what we needed. Plenty of beds, towels, sheets and overall space. The backyard was amazing for relaxing and having fun with the family. The hosts were in contact enough to make sure we had everything we needed, responded quickly to any questions we had, but weren’t reaching out so often it felt like they were hovering or distracting in any way. We would definitely rent from them again!

This house is absolutely amazing! There are plenty of rooms and beds to choose from, 2 comfortable living rooms, a spacious kitchen, and an impressive backyard. We spent most of our time in the jacuzzi and pool to escape the AZ heat. There is an abundance of lounging areas, our favorite was the hammocks in the backyard! Overall, this house was beautiful, neat, and comfortable for our group. 1000% recommend staying at this place for a family/friend get together! We will definitely be back :)

Paradise Villa was a great place to stay. The house was big and had enough room for our 11 person party. Mark came and picked us up from the airport and then explained everything about the house when he dropped us at the home. They checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going great. They had a basket full of goodies, that our kids enjoyed!! The backyard was wonderful, the kids loved the putting green and of course the pool! Thank you for a great stay and a comfortable house to enjoy.
We also rented a vehicle from them and that was a wonderful experience also.

Paradise Villa 42 was perfect for our spring break getaway! This house slept 14 of us very comfortably. Our favorite part was the heated pool, hot tub, and gas firepit! We utilized the backyard the most, even with the temps in the 60s. That is warm for us Minnesotans. :-) The house had a fully stocked kitchen and extra air mattresses, blankets, and sheets! The house was spotless and well-kept! Mark and Dina were very accommodating and very prompt in all responses. We also rented Marc and Dina's vehicle through Turo, which was also convenient. I highly recommend Paradise Villa 42 to anyone in the Phoenix area. I know Mark and Dina will treat you great!

The location was very convenient to all places in central/northern Phoenix/Scottsdale. We stayed with 12 of us and had plenty of beds and the floor plan worked well for meals and gathering. The yard and pool had plenty of activities to keep us busy all day long. The hosts were extremely hospitable and communicative during our stay. We would definitely return!

Mark and Dina were perfect hosts. The property was amazing. Everything you needed was there. The house was immaculate. I could not believe this was a VRBO with how updated and clean the house and yard were. (Including the grill). Mark gave us all kinds of ideas for some great hiking and things to do. Stayed at their property with 11 guys for a few days to go to three courses. The house has tons of spaces and beds. Dina and Mark are fantastic and help at every step. Dina and Mark were very welcoming to our large group. They are very responsive and made sure we had everything we need. They are pleasant to deal with and we would absolutely recommend!

The home was very nice, clean and had some fun welcome gifts. For us it was so close to Reach Soccer Complex and the girls had an absolute blast. The hosts were able to accommodate us at the last minute as our hotel fell through. Dina was super helpful and available throughout our stay. I would highly recommend.

This property was great and accommodated our group beautifully!!! Dina & Mark could not have been better. Our Welcome Basket was a special touch and much appreciated. We had a small issue with the pool heat, but Dina and Mark were very responsive!! The added opportunity to rent a car through our hosts was a bonus!!!

We had a large group (17 people) stay at this property for a bachelor party and we had a blast! The backyard was perfect for hanging by the pool, grilling, and playing yard games. The location was perfect for our itinerary and the property fit all 17 guys with room to spare. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely rent again if we are ever back in the area.

Dina and Mark were generous and kind enough to allow me to throw my 30th birthday party at their property. The home is stacked with things to do from the pool, putt putt course to corn hole and various other lawn games. The house is spacious enough to host 40+ people and a full kitched and a grill by the pool to feed them. My friends, family, and I loved our stay. Many laughs were had around the house and especially at the putt putt course and ping pong table in the garage. Thank you Dina and Mark!

Dina and Mark were so very welcoming, from the time we booked our trip, through our whole stay! We had a large group of girls for a bachelorette getaway, they were very accommodating, even giving us a welcome basket when we got there! They were amazing to work with. And I don’t have words for how amazing the property was, especially the backyard! If I am ever back in the area I will be sure to look for a rental from them!
