The place was so clean and modern. Loved the heated flooring too! Big apartment and great for 4 people.

Flat was clean and comfortable
On the third floor which meant a lot of stairs with a heavy case.
TV had poor reception
Outside parking area littered with rubbish and entrance area very shabby

An email was sent with that days code to be used to open the secure key lock system.
The apartment was stunning. It has everything you need. Clean and tidy. The TV was a hit or miss but we managed to get some Chanel’s working. I’ll remember to take my laptop next time. Can’t wait to stay again.

Era accogliente. Il proprietario é stato velocemente d’aiuto (non riuscivamo ad aprire la porta. Il codice non ci fu spedito prima). I letti erano puliti. Avere 2 bagni é molto comodo. Era in sè pulita, solo che tutti i mobili sono lisci e si vedeva ogni alone. Parcheggio comodo.
Fredda, non ho potuto alzare la temperatura e faceva davvero freddo. Mi chiamarono per fare una riparazione proprio nei pochi giorni che soggiornavo lí!! Non ho accettato, ma il solo chiedere mi ha dato fastidio, ero andata in vacanza per stare tranquilla e lontana da appuntamenti e organizzazioni…e invece mi sono ritrovata nella stessa situazione come a casa.

Lovely place for the family to stay; good location for Southampton diving competition. Great to have separate bedrooms for children.
Communal stairs let down the lovely property once inside.

The rooms were a great size, both bathrooms were fully functional and not cramped.

Large apartment with all facilities in good condition.
Cleaning of the floor and the staircases was not so clean.

The flat was really comfortable and clean. It was very modern with all the appliances you might need to stay even for long periods of time. The check in/check out process was really easy. The only thing is that there is no lift so we had to carry heavy luggage up and down 3 floors. However i don’t believe that this is a fault of the property. Overall I would 100% stay here again.

From the moment of booking, the communication, instructions, and assistance were exceptional.
Very nicly laid out apartpment, with everything you could need on arrival. Nice touches, like welcome biscuits, tea, coffee, milk and sugar, which after a 15hr working day, are very much appreciated.

Everything was great
I had to get ready in the hallway so could do with a mirror in the master bedroom which is near the plug.
To reduce waste the kitchen needs a tea towel.

Location was great, check in super easy. Had all we needed. Bed's comfy, appreciated the little touches some places don't have (like soap, shampoo, tea for the kettle, etc.). Host was very responsive. Great stay would do it again.
Place was cold when we arrived. Wasn't obvious how to turn on the heat. Just a placard with that info would be helpful.

The flat is very comfortable, the view is good and walk 15 mins to the Postswood high street.
