Nella campagna di York, questo cottage è la soluzione perfetta per assaporare il meglio della città. Poter contare su un parcheggio è una grande comodità se vuoi esplorare la zona ai tuoi ritmi. Potrai metterti al volante quando vuoi: in 3 minuti arriverai nei dintorni di York Racecourse, mentre in 6 minuti sarai vicino a Jorvik Viking Centre.
Un piano cottura, un frigorifero, una lavastoviglie, un microonde, pentole/stoviglie/utensili e un tostapane... c'è davvero tutto quello che ti serve per sentirti a casa! Potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e TV: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile. Qui avrai a tua completa disposizione asciugacapelli e asciugamani. Mentre prepari la valigia, ricorda che qui ti aspetta un'asciugatrice: non ti serviranno molti vestiti di ricambio.

We have stayed at Middlethorpe Manor cottages several times. Number 5 is the one we have used mainly. The location is perfect and is extremely quiet. High quality bedding and very comfortable beds.

Nice location, good communication from Stays staff. Good information booklet in property. Parking available.
However it was superficially clean, it is in need of a deep clean. We were disappointed to see rubbish under the beds, cobwebs, thick layer of grime under the sofas, and an old full baby’s bottle under there also!

We had a lovely couple of days staying at Middlethorpe Manor Cottages.
We found it to be an excellent base for exploring York, but also a lovely peaceful oasis to retreat to.
The cottage was easy to locate from the instructions provided and the access was very simple.
It felt really cosy and we would definitely consider booking again.

Have stayed at the cottage several times. It is our first choice when visiting York. Very comfy beds and in a quiet location so a good nights sleep with good facilities.

Beautiful apartment, lovely location. Very spacious bedrooms, a home from home feel to it. Loved York and was very happy with apartment.

Thank you so much for having us - we really appreciated the location next to the Knavesmire, the thoughtfully appointed rooms and the comfortable beds. Thank you too for your quick response to the minor issues with the WiFi and loo tank - it was great having someone to talk to who quickly sorted out a solution. We will certainly stay again if we come back to York!

Lovely cottage with nice furnishings in a lovely location. Although the kitchen needs more basic equipment: more cutlery (only 3 dessert spoons), potato peeler, bread bin. Also the cleaner needs to invest in a feather duster as cobwebs everywhere! However I would stay again.

Great stay close to York and Racecourse
Great stay for a day at the races and only a short taxi ride into York. Great place in quiet spot, well equipped and spotless.

A perfect Yorkshire Getaway
The cottage is very tastefully decorated, It was clean and tidy and a nice welcome box on arrival with some goodies. Take a torch if arriving in the dark ;) The security is brilliant with the external gate. The location is excellent for the City and walking to it along the river and also the Outlet Mall which is about 4 miles away. The Race Course is a short walk too. and very popular for dog walkers. Would book again for the location. I can't fault the property for comfort and location. I would recommend. My only negatives are the zip and link bed. It wasn't very comfortable at all. One side has a deep dip and it would be more comfy if it had a topper on it so you couldn't feel the link. Because of this I didn't sleep too well. Also the fan in the bathroom is very noisy so can potentially disturb others upstairs, but other than this small point, the Cottage is lovely and I would recommend :)
