Had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast spread was huge and very tasty.

Clean room. Polite staff, always helpful. Good restaurant options. They also arranged excellent taxis for our travel.

It was ok hotel. Rooms are small

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

My parents were driving down from Nagpur to Chennai and had to stop overnight in Hyderabad. They asked me to book a hotel on the ring road, so they wouldn't have to enter the city. I chose Marriott Fairfield, because it was a 'Mariott' and you expect a certain standard. I booked them in a Superior Double Room, so they would be comfortable and get some rest. Instead the hotel tried to put them up in a much smaller room, near the janitor closet, despite me pre-paying for a much more expensive room! Luckily my mother asked the busboy what room they were in and he told her it was a lower grade. When my parents enquired the reception pretended they were unaware of the booking category. What absolute nonsense?! This is not a mistake, it is a deliberate attempt at duping a guest, that too senior citizens. I am totally appalled by the entire situation.

Not recommended. We visited Hyderabad for a weekend to shop at Ikea and stayed here. Cost was pretty much on par with Taj Deccan, etc. Our experience in other Marriotts have been fantastic, but this one was really poor. 1) The dirt in the hallway matched with the one like a basic hotel 2) The room was also super basic 3) The breakfast and staff in the restaurant area were not very responsive 4) Pillow covers looked like it waa not changed (crumpled and slightly dirty) Would not recommend this property. Not sure if all Fairfield by Marriotts are suppose to be basic or this is was one of a kind experience.

I was in hotel for 4 days.. Hotel is pretty decent and staff was very rude and lazy..

It was neat and compact, good value for the money. Lunch buffet was great and we enjoyed the pub as well. great service and food.

Not a usual 5 star hotel like other Marriott Hotels. This is little compact and not so spacious place.I booked a presidential suite but still not worth it and the height of beds are very low.

The food at the breakfast was good, but not superb. The coffee machine did not work, which is a bit of a problem.

Staff...they were very courteous .specially the front office staff and FOM....

Very prompt service by the staff, not many amenities though.

Overall service was good. Great Hospitality. Had a Good Stay. May be just add a Valet Parking service!
