DUPLEX IS NO OASIS. 1ST LEVEL DUPLEX HAD A POWERFUL OLD SMELL AND FURNITURE/RUGS FROM THE 1980'S. LYSOLED ENTIRE PLACE COMPLETELY WHICH I HIGHLY SUGGEST IF YOU CHOOSE THIS NON OASIS. WALLS WERE MARKED UP AND DIRTY. LOW WATER PRESSURE, HOLES BEHIND PICTURES ON WALLS. BATHTUBS AND SHOWERS SUB PAR WITH MOLD ON SHOWER FLOORS. SHOWER CURTAINS OLD AND DISCOLORED. SHOWER RODS AND RINGS RUSTY. CEILINGS CRACKED, EXPOSED WOOD HAD RUSTY NAILS. MATTRESSES BLOOD STAINED. NEVER AGAIN. DON'T LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU. JUST TRYING TO BE HONEST WITH WHOEVER COMES ACROSS THIS LISTING. NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

Tarik could not have been more gracious and welcoming. The house is lovely, and the owners have thought of everything. Beds were very comfy, the house was spotless, and every amenity you could possibly want is right there. We had dinner in the backyard seating area, and it was so beautiful out there.
Will definitely return next time we're in Houston. Highly recommend!!

Perfect location for a football game at NGR Stadium, great communication with owner, early check in available, great accommodation - suited our group well, very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We went to a football game at NRG stadium. This location was near downtown and only 12 minutes from the stadium. We enjoyed the space and found some cool places nearby to enjoy the evenings.

We enjoyed the 2 apartments. It was a nice touch having laundry detergent & shampoo & conditioner in each bedroom. The mattresses were very comfortable and the sheets so soft!

First time in Houston and I recommend this home to everyone! We decided to splurge a lil with the Escapes and they were worth it! I got the Homestyle Spa Kit & my husband got the Stogies & Spirts and it was just what we needed to escape the NYC life!
We definitely will be back to The Isabella Oasis whenever we’re in Houston!

I loved the house. I didn't know it was a duplex, but it ended up being perfect for 8 ladies. It was a great location and close to the airport and prime spots.

We had a great time at the Isabella Oasis - a group of friends gathering for a show at the Toyota Center. We had both units and it was a great layout to socialize and for privacy. Ideal location for the Toyota Center and other local sports centers. Just remember to use the bug spray if you sit outside under the beautiful pergola and make sure the location suits all in your party.

Host was great at communicating with me. We planned on going to the Turkey Leg Hut and this place was very close. We spent the night here before going on my birthday cruise, leaving out of Galveston. Location was key.

The Isabella Oasis was a great place for my coaches and I to stay for our conference. It was a short drive to the convention center and the living room dining room were great spaces to hang out in. It was very clean, comfy and our host was very friendly and quick to respond. We would love stay again when we are in town.

The house was just what we needed! The teens had their own upstairs place while the adults stayed on the first floor. Close to everythng we wanted to do... Astros, tour Rice University, hit the museums. Will stay here again when we return to Houston!

This was a great place. We rented both the upper and lower units. Gave us plenty of room and loved having the back yard. Units were very clean and the owners were great to deal with. We would definitely recommend this place.

The property manager was also easy to contact and resolved my concerns promptly. Great locatiin and in the heart of everything Houston.

We loved the place! The only thing that wasn't clear was that it is 2 different Apartments and they were not connected. One was upstairs and one was down stairs.. Not big of an issue and the place was clean as ever, all the up to date amenities and they even left us a bottle of wine and a snack basket!!! We will be using them again on our next trip!!!!

Did a friends trip to Houston and the house was beyond accommodating. Four rooms, four baths and great location. Tarik was commutative and kind. We’re definitely staying again!

It was 4 of us and we enjoyed our stay. Our place was no more than 10-20 minutes away from all the attractions and eatery. If we are ever in the Houston area again, we will surely be getting another stay. Thank you Tarik

Thank you again for opening your home for my Birthday weekend. My stay was comfortable and relaxing with the jacuzzi! The home was very clean and more than enough room. The host Tarik was very attentive when giving info about location and the distance from airport. The drive to midtown and Galleria Mall was roughly 17 minute drive! Which was so great for us tourist lol! I would recommend this home and host! Hands down would book again!
