when i arrived my reservation got cancelled but i was able to checked in . Front desk was helpful and professional.My room was clean and bed was comfy . That hotel specifically is in my budget . Also it is exterior property . Property was quit. Good experience.

Where i can start . First of all they changed their brand standard open at 9am and lobby close at 10pm. i reached at the site at 3am and front ek person not able to checked me in . He inform me my reservation got cancelled . i got very disappointed but you know that guys know how to take care the situation . He basically helped me out to checked me in the hotel and charged me less also he mention he gave me discount . But i was able to take a rest . Room was good but you know when you drove and showed up midnight there is nothing you can do about it besides of of taking rest and good sleep . Thanks to that person for the help and discount rate .

Upon arrival, learned from a piece of paper tacked up in the lobby that breakfast is no longer available. Room was dingy, cabinetry in rough shape, refrigerator had rust. Bathtub had mold in the usual spots (under soap dish, etc.). Smoke detector battery was beeping low, but to their credit they replaced it within an hour or so.
Microwave was clean, bed was simple, but comfortable, and clean.

I accidentally booked the wrong day and didn't realize it until I received an email from Hotels.com asking me how my check-in was, then I realized I accidentally booked the wrong day, which was my mistake. I originally had a hotel room booked for the dates I needed but then then venue area changed so I need to cancel that one and rebook a new one closer to where I needed to be. Without realizing it, I thought the dates were the same from my earlier search, but I was wrong. The hotel would not help when I reached out to them the night I was booked for even though it was the wrong day, they would not let me just change my reservation for the next day, because I still needed a room for August 3-4 and not 2-3, which is poor customer service and all I received was excuses that it was locked and to call the next day and talk to Yasir, which was no help at all. I will not book with them again and will share with my other friends who do a lot of traveling for sports.

I selected this hotel because I was looking for a basic hotel room to grab a good nights sleep while traveling. I’ve had good luck with this brand in the past but my luck ran out on this trip. From the moment I opened the door to room 309 I knew I had made a mistake. The stench of cigarette smoke and cheap air freshener was so strong that my throat hurts from breathing it in. The overall condition of the room, from the stained carpets to the broken bathroom cabinet door, made this $120 a night hotel the worst night I’ve spent on the road in 25 yrs of travel. I will not be staying at this brand again. Don’t waste your money!!!

I only stayed here for like half a night so it was ok for that but wouldn’t book again. Room has caterpillars everywhere the bathroom was absolutely horrendous. It’s really down there with motels.

A horrible smell upon entering the room, had to buy Lysol to help with smell. if my pet had not been in a carrier for 8 hours I would have moved to a better hotel. I found 2 pillow cases under bed and noticed they had not vacumed under bed. I can say the bed was comfortable.

Now this property is top notch!!! I love that it's an outdoor property very convenient to get to your car, grab orders etc... I don't hear dogs barking or smell any horrible things in hallways... It's a very relaxed place if you're going to stay for awhile! The manager is a very lovely person with a smile that will light up the room, i met her last year at another property so believe me it's worth the stay!!!

It was horrible for the money paid 340 dollars for 2 nights in a room that was infested in cockroaches

The bed was clean and comfortable. The rest was kind of icky: stained bathtub, shower grout was dirty, burn stains on carpet, sink. I would have liked to leave the window open but no way to lock it unless fully closed. Just rather dumpy atmosphere. It was quiet for the night. I wouldn’t stay there again.

It was difficult to find with GPS reading, however once we arrived we were greeted with a friendly and helpful desk clerk. We had stayed at a number of hotels during our month travel and this was the first that did not have an over whelming smell of cleaner and was reasonably priced. Better than we expected.

We requested for a non smoking room. The room we got had so much cigarette smell but when we requested for a new room we couldn’t get any because they are fully booked this weekend. I understand not being able to switch room since none were available. However, the level of cigarette smoke in the room is at a level that I am posting this review not because it was inconvenient but because it was a health hazard. They should not have opened this room to be used if they could not prepare it for the next guest if it still reeked off cigarette smell from the previous disobedient occupant. If you advertise for a non smoking room, then make sure part of the cleanliness check is that it does not reek of cigarette smell. I will definitely talk to the front desk person about this today because I do not want the occupants after us to suffer as we did today.

Initially they gave me a room which was not clean then moved to a different room which was smelling. Some old furniture or some kind smell. It was very high and It was unbearable. Also my room is exactly near to trash which is more inconvenient. Will never stay here or suggest anyone to stay.

Reservation was all wrong in their system. Took 45 minutes to check in. Took 3 tomes to get right room. Marijuana could be smelled. Loud kids playing on balcony living there. I will mot stay there again. Staff was nice though but would tske care of others while making me wait during my problem x 4. Which i thought it was rude.

This was the worst hotel I stayed at in my 60 plus yearsvof traveling. It was dirty, holes in the wall, broken, dented, dirty appliances. Bathroom toilet seat needed replacement, tub was dirty, stained, broked tiles, cracked fawcett. Water was cold in the shower. I went to the local gym to actually bath and freshen up. I stayed at the brand before and this location should be stut down and completely renovated.

There are a lot of aggressive and or sketchy looking patrons/residents in and out of the hotel rooms giving off a feeling unsafe.
The wifi does not work either and the front desk staff is almost never at the front.

I could pay more for a better hotel but was expecting a pet…But was not expecting such a dirty place like this even with a dog! Tried to cancel but couldn’t. What a shame….

Absolute worst service in my professional life. They failed to honor my reservation and made no effort to rectify their mistake. To make matters Extended Stay would not make any attempt to assist us in finding any rooms at suster hotels. Excuse was they gave away my room and other rooms were out of service due to roach infestation. Do not stay there under any circumstance.

I was not able to stay even though I had a reservation and I was charged. I called the hotel and they are telling me they can't issue a refund contact hotels.com. I contact hotels.com they are telling me to call the hotel. Worst experience ever!
