We stayed in the 2 bed annex for part of our honeymoon and it was amazing! We had a view of the pool from both of our balconies, a big living area, 2 bathrooms and a big double bedroom all spread across 2 floors. The staff were lovely and sent up a bottle of sparkling wine on our second day to celebrate. Thank you so much everyone!

Many positives - amenities, staff attitude, 10 mins to the promenade. Our fridge did not function properly, the hotel obviously had no intention of replacing it but did offer us a gratis massage and spa session which we appreciated. The main meal dishes at dinner were awful and much worse than we experienced on visits before the pandemic. My school dinners in the 1970s were better than this. Needs fixing, on this showing we won’t be back which is a shame.

I have a good time there. Nice big rooms friendly staff. Only thing was they should have some moe pool table it was fun too use.. Maybe a Shuffle board would bee nice too..

The room was really small for a 4 star. Most of the deco was quite outdated. No desk or table with chair inside. The room we had was loud as it was directly above a service yard of sort therefore constant delivery vans or servicing vans would be in and out from 6am until late. Acoustic wasn’t very good and smoke smell inside the room. Smoke marking on the ceiling which was not great as the staining was directly above your bed. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The staffs were really helpful and lovely but the facilities themselves were not worthy of the star rating. We won’t be staying in this hotel again on our return.

Have stay here a number of times. Its not 5 star dining but good with plenty of choice. Adults area on the roof with small pool jacuzzi and bar great. Bar staff always very friendly. Mostly brit clients.

Excellent for kids and the staff were brilliant always smiling. Room was cleaned every day. Food was good and different choices every day

Good in general, a bit dated and could do with a reburbish of the rooms. Swimming pool area is nice. Will require some transport plans as it's not near the main attarctions in the south, but if you're by car or bike you'll be fine.

Nice hotel, been many times before, would say it’s more a 3 star hotel rather than 4, good food choice for breakfast, lunch & dinner are limited & very repetitive.

On my arrival day Saturday the hotel was overcrowded - very busy, long waiting for dinner, evening concert under my window in swimming pool area. When all weekend visitors left the hotel became more quiet and peaceful and I enjoyed eventually my stay very much. If you prefer quiet- take mountain view room. I had car and parking around the hotel was possible. Otherwise 20 min walk to the closest beach. Breakfast and dinner were included in my room rate and food was good with lot of choices. I can recommend the hotel.

Beautifully located hotel overlooking Los Cristianos. Excellent service, from all the staff. Roof top pool and jacuzzi overlooking the town well impressive. Rooms tidy, well presented. Food plentiful.

Really enjoyed my stay here, it was my first visit to Los Christianos and found it a lovely resort. The Paradise park was exceptionally clean staff never stopped cleaning all day and night, staff were also very caring and helpful spot on well done. Food was very nice and had no complaints oh except for the coco pops at breakfast they were of the Neto standard but enjoyed everything else. Room was big enough and had everything I needed as a Billy no mates solo traveler, loved the shower. Check in was easy very good reception staff. I would definitely come back here.

Food served as buffet style was very good with reasonable variety during the week. Quality of inclusive drinks (wine/beer) was poor. Hotel cleanliness ok but room for improvement. Major refurbished works started during our stay on the floor above and below our room which was not good. Shower water pressure was also poor in our far block. The room was dated but obviously modernization is currently ongoing. Only 1 kids pool heated so largest pool too cold to use in Feb/May. Evening entertainment typically of this type of all inclusive but not to my personal taste.

Friendly and welcoming, excellent service. Buffet restaurant outstanding. Ten mins walk from beach otherwise useful shuttlebus service. Room quiet but a little tired, could do with a refresh. Wifi in room barely useable. Otherwise all round good value.

This was my 4th stay at the Paradise Park, for me the location, the extensive facilities, & the atmosphere created are excellent. Ive already indicated by ticking the big smiles in the survey that I highly rate PP in every aspect. However, the Biggest Bonus at PP are the Staff. In every role required to run this Hotel I have found the Staff, pleasant, helpful , efficient, polite, knowledgeable, & above all Happy people, who obviously enjoy their work. They always go an extra mile with the Customer Service, for that I would always return.

Hotel was clean with good facilities. Best part was the adult sections for people who wished for a quieter atmosphere. The rooftop area dedicated to this was particularly nice. Though probably due to space the pool was a bit small on the rooftop. Didn’t use other pools. You have to pay to use the sauna or steam room though which is a shame. Food was ok, typical 3* hotel buffet. Not Michelin star but ok. Staff were nice and accommodating. Hotel itself not far from bus stops and walking distance to the sea front in this area though a bit of a walk to the busier sea fronts with an actual beach. There was also a free shuttle bus at intervals to the beach from the hotel.

Had a wonderful restful week at The Paradise Park , the staff in each and every department are superb and really want you enjoy your stay. Food is good and you are spoiled for choice especially at breakfast although I would imagine in the hight of the season that the cereal / salad bar area could become very congested. Pool areas lovely and well maintained no problems getting sun beds. Superior Double Room spacious with a large bathroom but very small balcony just one gripe consider changing the pillows, I found them too high and uncomfortable. This was my 5th stay here although it had been a while before I got back , I would have no problem recommending The Paradise Park again and will definitely be back. Thank you all

Nice clean hotel, the rooms were a good size, the bathrooms very up to date and clean. 15 minutes walk to Beach. A few bars and resturants nearby.

Ive already written about my experience. We got duped on an excursion to Mount Teidi. They took our money, but we didnt get to go to the top of the volcano in the cable car. A complete rip-off! Dont go to Tenerife people, Ive renamed it Tener-ripp-off!

Lovely hotel with nice and clean pools and helpful staff . There was good entertainment in evening for families.

Hotel is in a good location away from the town centre. It has a variety of areas to relax (both family friendly and adult only). The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is good with great variety & served buffet style so you can help yourself. I was disappointed in the equipment in the gym (it's ok if you just want to do weights), and unfortunately my room was on the first floor directly above the service area car-park. The noise each morning (from 5.45/6 am) spoiled an otherwise relaxing vacation. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in my room & I had to pay extra for use of the safe. There was a fridge which was very handy to keep bottled water chilled. This was a classic double room (a superior room costs extra) but it was sufficient for my needs.
