I travel a lot. I’ve spent thousands of nights in hotels without issue. This is the first time I’ve ever had to leave a hotel immediately because it was unsanitary. The website pics are a joke. Despite booking a non-smoking room, the rude kid at the front desk put me in a smoking room. I didn’t complain. Well, the room was so full of smoke and yellow dinginess that the bedbugs had emphysema. There so much “biological matter” on the comforter that Maury Povich could host an entire season of “You are not the father!” episodes. Oh and the mold… so much of it that it evolved into its own superbug resistant to both Pall Malls and baby batter. When I let the kid at the front desk know that I was leaving, he called me a liar and threatened to I’ll the police. Huh? He needs to call an Infectious Disease Specialist. The police would probably much more interested in the Peeping Tom employee pressing his eyeballs against the windows of each room. You’ll save money by sleeping in a dumpster outside out of drug clinic than staying in this dump. Oh yeah, they’ll overcharge you too.

Was what we expected for the price. We did find 1 cockroach in the bathroom.

The stay was comfortable

The room was clean and comfortable. The room ac unit had dial readings that had been worn off so it was hard to guess how to set the temp. Nothing fancy here, just simple. But everything you need for a stay. Had refrig and microwave. And the water was hot.

Was charged a breach fee because of greedy management that chose to speak to an occupant of the room instead of the person who booked it.

All i cam say is Great vibes, good spirit, very professional and very polite. Had a pleasant time

Pool was not useful

Our room had no towels. I went to the office to get some and didn’t even get an apology. Customer service just isn’t what it used to be. 😞

Very comfortable bed, but frame was a noisy tinny box. A/C and heater worked well. 42” TV but very limited Hi Def channels, the rest were terrible lo def. Refrigerator worked well and there was a microwave, but wasn’t used. Awesome water pressure in shower and toilet and sink were good. Hotel is located on a busy street, but located far enough away from road that noise wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was minimal and I didn’t partake except for morning coffee, which was good. Other offerings were: juice; bagel; cereal; and a waffle maker. Fresh towels and wash clothes were given every day of my stay and bed was made up every other day. Wasn’t anything fancy, but served my needs well.

House Keeping was EXCELLENT. Give them a Five Star. Woman at check in desk was "testy" and apparently did not want to be bothered. Give her a Minus Three star. She was leaving and the man who stepped up was a Five Star. Breakfast was only bagels, cereal and waffle. No protein. Stayed five nights.

The checkin was horrible the guy was rude and hateful like he didn’t want us there. Also the picture showed a working pool which is why we wanted to stay. The pool wasn’t even half full of water and very dirty

I have rarely stayed anywhere, where there are so many roaches and the room was not clean

My wife and I stopped for the night on the way to a family vacation to Myrtle Beach and didn't want to drive the full 14 hours trip from CT. Checked in at 11p and was gone before 9a, and I was rudely spoke to by the gentleman at the desk. When I asked to speak to the manager, he snobbly told me that he was the manager, and I told him I would be calling and speaking to someone else.

Convenient to Amtrak. Combined with other hotel with small breakfast area made slow breakfast.

My wife and I stayed the night and the customer service from Peter was exemplary - he was very helpful and accommodating.

Check in was quick but asked they guy please give us clean room and he said of course but when we open room door it was water under the bed and on floor dust every where

It is hard to get in you couldn’t eat breakfast in your room. The pool was closed. They wanted to change ac while I was in the room not a good idea

It is a average place. Did like that they put clean toes in each day but they didn’t clean anything. Far better than a hotel 6.
