the property was as pictured! loved the location close to the ferry. staff was excellent !

The location was nice very convenient especially since we arrived very late by Ferry. Only a couple blocks away :) The view was very nice and close to all the action. The room was nice a spacious. We were fortunate to be there during Carnival, although pretty noisy at night, it was fun being near all the action.

It was difficult to get the payment to work and we had to try a few times on different days to make it work. The island was having issues with ATM and transactions going through.

What a convenient location! Get off ferry, exit to the street turn right and go 50 meters and you're there! Like a 2 mkn walk with luggage! Completey walkable to all of the north end, very easy no elevation change. Super cool neighborhoods to explore. Best cart rental across the street. The staff were super in both the hotel and restaurant. A bit if a warning as there's a busy street out front so the noise bleed does get heard in the room. Didn't bother me, bit if that's an issue wear earplugs. The view was top!

Location is great with a view of the ferries. The room was beautiful and really comfortable. A great place to wake up. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Once you're up the steep flight of steps, it's fine.

It's expensive to stay. Room only. No breakfast or meal options to the room but there is a restaurant that offers 10 percent discount!

It was awesome to be right next to the ferry and beeing in the northern part. The beach, restaurants, 7eleven and everything else was very close. The room was big and pretty and had a nice balcony. The check-in person waited for me and answered all my questions! The building has just a few rooms, so It was a anonymous stay and felt like having my own apartment.

The location was very load. The rooms are located on the Main Street. If u don’t hear cars, you will hear music from the Marina starting at 6am. Also I didn’t use the pool at all, as it was located to the restaurant below. Also there is a microwave but no dishes.

Great communication, room was clean, view was beautiful and we were able to check in early. We absolutely loved staying here! So close to the ferry stop as well.

If you don't mind climbing flights of stairs .. You are good .. They don't change the sheets daily . Does have a small fridge . Coffer maker and microwave the view is nice it's right by the port .needed a day to be close to the port it works !

The room is very nicely decorated and renovated. The view is lovely and the location is pretty good - it's very close to the pier and the main touristic area.

Oh boy, this is going to be long. 1. they don't write it flat out everywhere, but do note that the hotel is on a MAIN ROAD which is ALWAYS BUSY. The soundproofing is non-existent. 2. they do have a pool, but it's located in a restaurant downstairs - in order to get to the pool you have to get out of the hotel, walk a little down the street - and is open to all of the restauant's customers. It's also not heated and the water is freezing. 3. you might feel unsafe in the room. The door lock is somewhat flimsy (like a regular bathroom door lock), and there's no security during the day. We were told that there is a security guard there from 9pm, but even though we returned to the hotel later than that - there was no one in sight. We had an extra door lock that we chose to use (for the first time). 4. speaking of which - we had a very negative impression of the receptionist and the reception. When we got to the hotel - no one was manning the reception, THERE WAS NO ONE THERE THROUGHOUT OUR STAY. Someone else had to call to get her to come to the hotel to check us in. She told us she sent us a message on Whatsapp - an app that some simply don't use and so we would never see it. She then went on to tell absolute lies. She said we were aware of how noisy the room is, as she sent a message through booking that the hotel is on main street. Great, it's on main street. How should I know all the rooms are on the first floor with no soundproofing? Additionally, she said that because we already knew that the hotel is on a main road we could have cancelled. Little did she care that we only knew of that after we booked the room and the cancellation fee is the entire booking fee. We asked about leaving our bags in the hotel for the day. She was happy to facilitate that, however, we decided not to, as she said we can leave our luggage next to the always unmanned and unsecured reception area.

We liked the location, and the view. The room was comfortable, we like the AC and the cleanliness.

On the last night the restaurant downstairs had a private event. The music was so loud, continued non-stop into the night. It was so bad we had to find a different place to sleep at in the middle of the night. We tried to contact the host several times, but she didn't response for a long time, and when she texted us back it wasn't helpful at all. It was the worst night we've had on our trips ever.

Big comfortable modern room with an amazing sea view! Staff is friendly and location is great!

The room is noisy due to being close to the main road and not having much insulation.

The location was perfect, room was beautiful and clean, host was wonderful, and restaurant downstairs was great.
