Cleanliness Stained bedding, requested new sheets and we got no communication Utensils dirty Beds uncomfortable Bathroom wall filthy Microwave filthy Only provided 1 bath towel Poor communication from the staff All concerns raised with the staff and they said they would have someone come and take a look but no one showed up

the apartment although appointed with good applicances was disappointing with miss matched cheap furnishings. The soiled sofa had cut up material on top to cover the stains. The bedding in 1st and 2nd bedrooms were so uncomfortable causing back pain in all that slept in them. The ensuite door squeaked. The gas stove top was dirty and so was the cutlery drawers. Caked Food in some of the mismatched bowls and plates therefore had to clean cheap cutlery and dinner set and wipe down surfaces on arrival. No frying pan and the large wok supplied was disgusting. Would not stay in apartment 6303 again, would book through the Meriton direct if staying again. Nightmare getting the offsite key and the $30 per night parking did not have clear instructions on where to enter the building.

The surrounding beach and cafe was good

There was only one key. This restricted us significantly It meant when one person was out and needed the key - no-one else could leave the room because they need the key and swab for the lifts. This was a significant disadvantage and I would no recommend the place. The owner needs to supply at least two keys and lift swabs The furniture was quite average The bed was not comfortable For the cost of the room and the location - I expected the furniture and design of the apartment to be a lot better.

The apartment was exactly as pictured!!! The pools are 5star! Loved the sauna. The location was perfect, the view was breath taking! Simply stunning! We can't wait to get back already! Also shout out to the owners/managers for their communication & for being so accommodating!

the location is just a walking distance from the surfer paradise and the view was spectacular.

none but if given a chance to extend the check out time to 12nn that would be an extra bonus.

Very clean and comfortable with modern decor and appliances. Incredible views. Close to shops and restaurants, beach just across the road. Indoor pool was great during winter.

Would have been excellent to have an espresso coffee or pod machine in the apartment. Also some plastic plates and cups for our toddler and baby would have been convenient. We were only given 4 bath towels which we had to use for the pool too. Would have been good if pool towels were also provided.
