Don’t be surprised when you walk into the room and it does not match the pictures. The pictures on VRBO are not pictures of the room you will actually get. And no explanation of why from the front desk or VRBO support. It was a good location and a lovely view on the Bay. BUT it is not the room you are paying for in advance and you will not get any explanation as to why or which room the pictures are actually of. You can find better on the beach.

Property is older but well kept! Don’t let the outside fool you when you pull up to property! The condo was super clean and kept up! The pool is very nice & the beach access is perfect! There is a tiki bar with cocktails, food & live music at night. We stayed for 3 nights before going on cruise! My complaints are as follows: Extra pillows, bedding & towels would have been nice (we asked and told there was no inventory). Beds are not comfortable at all. When waiting for our room to be ready, staff never told us we could put wrist bands on and enjoy property (pool & beach). We found out from security guard which was super nice and gave us good suggestions to eat!
Most places around this property is not walking distance so we used Uber to get around

The apartment was comfortable, spacious with nice views from living area. It could use a fresh coat of paint and better kitchen basics.
The property itself was disappointing. Very tired furnishings, and the pool area needs more seating and especially shade! To rent their 'cabanas' for $500+ is an absolute joke. So they all sat empty the entire stay. What a shame. The tiki bar was super expensive, with no other options close by.

While the condo was ok (pictures were a bit misleading) the kitchen was woefully under stocked. The occupancy could hold 6 people but there were only three forks. There was no kitchen towel, no hot pads for baking, no kitchen soap for cleaning pots/pans. And the auto coffee pot was only a 4 cup machine - should be a 10 or 12 cup standard coffee maker. Usually when there is a full kitchen the host will leave a little salt and pepper, coffee filters, or other basic supplies. Nope. When I reached out to the “owner” the reply was basically call the front desk. No ownership.
The resort must be going through management changes because we got almost no information on check in. We had to stumble our way through figuring out how things worked there. So, bottom line, there are a ton of rental options in Miami, don’t settle for this one, you can do better.

The property was everything I was hoping for. The views were amazing and is only steps from the beach. Listed photos were accurate and check in was very efficient. I would like to see elevators upgraded as they were very slow and a little temperamental.
We had a wonderful vacation here and would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

The unit was very clean and spacious on beautiful Miami beach, backing up to the boardwalk and beach. Could not have asked for more at a reasonable price. We drove down from illinois ti miami with a few hours break to sleep at ocala, so we arrived very tired. We were delighted to find two spacious rooms and kitchen and fantastically large living area. We have four children, ages 17, 16, 8, 3 and we were very, very comfortable. We loved heading back out to the beach. We even ate one night at the cute bar on the boardwalk. It was great and we had no complaints.

The pictures on the listing must have been taken years ago or edited because the property is extremely old and falling apart.
Everything in the place is old. The chairs by the pool area are a joke. Wood chairs that’s are so broken you can’t use them. The lobby is outdated. The rooms are outdated. The bathtub and shower in the room are disgusting. There is a crack in the shower in one of the rooms and every time you shower the floor gets soaked. Stains on the carpets, stains on the furniture.
I don’t understand how this place had such good reviews because it is absolutely brutal.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE PROPERTY . IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND LOOKED EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED. WILL STAY THERE AGAIN FOR SURE.

Very minimal. Only got one dishwasher tablet and not enough glasses, so had to wash dishes in the sink. No paper towels. No coffee, salt or pepper.No hand towel in the kitchen

Very beautiful and spacious and clean all the time!! Beach access was easy ! No issues at all to even contact property manager. I will book here EVERY TIME I come to miami from now on 🙂

The unit it self was just like the pictures. The views are amazing and the rooms are huge. This was my first time staying at at VRBO so I was not sure what to expect. Simple process to check in. The only complain would be the elevators in this place. Would recommend Louis to eat on the weekends

Property was very clean and well-kept. The view was amazing. Apartment was very clean and had everything one would need. Very spacious. At three closets in just one bedroom. Lots of security and watchful and helpful staff. I would stay here again for sure.

Amazing stay, the room was clean and very spacious and the location was perfect! Close to Ocean Drive and Brickell. Having direct beach access and beach chairs everyday was the best part! Would highly recommend staying here!

The room itself was very beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. However, the lobby and pool are very outdated as well as the security and some of the staff were pretty rude. The property has a very nice beach access and a perfect location. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again because of how nice the room itself and the view were.

It was clean and nice. We didn't have a sufficient amount of towels on the first night and they didn't have extras at the desk. We did get some the next day. The door was really hard to open each time. There is a tv in the living room and back room but not the middle room. There really needed to be more information in the details.

I came with my partner some friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in check out experience was quick and easy. I would book this property again!

Sea coast was very affordable spacious for 6 people. We had a stunning view from our balcony of the ocean and beautiful. The lobby was also gorgeous The place was kept nice and clean and we had an extra bedroom which went over well with my daughter.
I booked this stay for the day before our cruise but would book again for a nice family vacation.

The booking, check in and bellman services were great. The location is perfect with both a pool and beach access. The building and unit is in need of maintenance and remodeling. The carpet in the rooms is matted with stains and wrinkles. The sheets are rough with nubs all over them and the pool and room towels are dated. The units would benefit from a garbage disposal our sink wouldn’t drain.
