Nice place for a short stay! Quite close to US Consulate (4 mins walk). One of the recommendations would be accepting credit cards from abroad as form of payment.

This hotel is next to US Consulate, however they do not have credit card scanners to take payments. I had to withdrawal money from ATM to pay. I had International fee added just because hotel did not have proper machines to take payment. Also no phone in the room I had to go downstairs to the receptionist to ask to clean my room or water or towel etc. In 15 days my room was cleaned 3 times only. Bed sheets does not fit the mattress properly , see picture attached. I will not recommend to my family and friends.

The only thing that is positive for this property is the location to consulate. The staff is so rude that I felt unsafe.

Run away from this property, there was lizard in my room I called the receptionist and got it removed. Toilet flush was not working it took around 2 hours to fix the flush and it was not working smoothly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had one of the best stay at Hotel Ceasta. The staff is amazing. The hotel is very clean and quiet, maintaining US standards in India. It has many restaurant options near by. Walkable distance from the US consulate. The reception staff makes the stay even more pleasant by helping us navigate the area and get us what we need, especially if you have come for your visa interview and forgotten to print some documents , the staff steps forward to do it for you. We enjoyed our 4 nights stay here . We will visit this hotel again for sure .

We had one of the best stay at Hotel Ceasta. The staff is amazing. The hotel is very clean and quiet, maintaining US standards in India. It has many restaurant options near by. Not a clean property/rooms. But just for the need this hotel is OK. It can be well maintained in more hygienic way. (Found dead cockroaches in room and the bedsheets lookslike not washed properly; and the bathroom requires a detail cleaning)

Overall the hotel is great value and the stay was comfortable. The staff is nice and courteous. During daytime some traffic noise due to a main road nearby. Perfect stay for people going for US Consulate interview because of in room lockers with keys.
