grosse Zimmer mit Küche (voll eingerichtet). Komfort wie Waschküche, Pool und gutes Frühstück. Lage zentral und doch ruhig. Restaurants Lebensmittel Geschäfte gleich um die Ecke.

Very clean, I felt safe here as well. My room was beautiful and the bed super comfortable. No problem checking in as well nor when I checked out. Great stay. We chose here because of its close location to chase field for a concert.

I loved the distance it was from Footprint Stadium. I loved that even though we were in the middle of downtown, it was super quiet.

Was not made aware that the hotel didn't have a guest parking. I was charged $40 extra by the hotel to park one night. The refrigerator had a foul odor. The pull out sofa bed needed replaced, and it sagged in the middle, so you and your partner slid to the center. The bed was very uncomfortable, and no bedding was available in room for the pull out. Breakfast was bad, no bacon, only turkey sausage, no waffles or pancakes. Toaster was broken and needed replaced.

We loved the location, the service, beautiful hotel and rooms.
The parking was the worst. Valet was rude a few times but was the only parking option that would be best for our family to be able to get our things down.

The hotel and the staff are both good
I was charged $30 for parking when I parked in the parking garage behind the hotel and paid $12 with my credit card so I was charged twice for parking terrible experience completely lied to
