Easy walk to the beach and kids park which my daughter loved. Not much else around but close drive or Uber to South Beach or other hotspots. Plenty of space for 4 adults and one young child. Clean. Great to have beach chairs and umbrellas as well as some beach toys for my daughter.

The size of the place was excellent - it was like being at home. The location is also perfect, with a beautiful park and the water across the street and the beach and another park only a block away. Stores, restaurants are within minutes. It could not have been more convenient.

Jean-Louis was welcoming, attentive and responsive. We had beach chairs, bicycles and umbrellas available. Covered parking was a plus. Close to the beach and good restaurants nearby.

The window coverings in the guest bedroom were thin, so it never got completely dark. There are no coverings for the kitchen and dining room windows, so if you sleep downstairs you may wake up with the sun. There are 2 flights of steep stairs. it wasn’t a problem for us, but be aware.

Very nice property. Clean and has lots of room. And parking which is a major plus. And the view to the bay is nice.

The door to our unit won’t work properly.

The pics for this property does not do this townhouse justice. The townhouse is very updated and spacious. We LOVED how the 2 townhomes have an adjoining door so we were able to walk between the 2 apartments without having to walk outside. It was clean and located in a great area. We couldn't hear any of the other guest. It was DEFINITELY PERFECT! I would recommend this property for any large groups coming into MIAMI

Everything was amazing! The pictures online serves this property no justice, it’s beautiful and very spacious. And the property manager Rachel is very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!
