Lovely little flat , clean and a great location,

Could do with a bit of soundproofing

location a 5-10 minute walk to centre. very clean, had everything you would need. quiet residential area. easy access to property, parking space to front.

a neat, bijou apartment that packed a lot into it. the walk into York Minster area was only about 10-12 min. well equipped kitchen and comfortable facilities

nothing really- there was some restrictions on using the yard after 930pm because it overlooks a neighbours bedroom but to be fair none of us wanted to see into their room so it was fine by us- this might have been a problem in the summer months if we had wanted to sit out

This is a great location just to the North of the City Walls so an easy walk into York. There's a Sainsbury's local just around the corner which was very handy as well. It's a ground floor dwelling with a lovely comfy and spacious lounge and a great kitchen too. There was a welcome bottle of fresh milk in the fridge and the host was incredibly fast to respond and very helpful when needed. Really enjoyed our stay.

I don't think that anything could have been better. I prefer a different shower head, but that's preference rather than not liking something. I prefer a letter box that isn't at ground level, but again it's not something that I would think important to comment on if you didn't ask questions like this!

Great location, close to everything and tucked away on a pretty quiet road. Spacious, clean, lovely interior, good utensils to be able to use kitchen. Good communication by owner also.

It’s not a didn’t like - but I’m unsure if the vent works for the shower? I tried all the switches but couldn’t find one for the vent meaning it was very foggy - just wanted to let you know!

Well laid out with good facilities and a short walk from everything.

Lovely bottom floor house, very spacious and had everything needed for a stay over with a baby and toddler. The accommodation was nice, warm and cosy. Everything was exceptionally clean. Thank you

The apartment was warm and cosy, essential in this very cold weather. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Great location in a lovely part of York. Lots of room inside, plenty of clean towels and the addition of hand wash soap, shower gel and air freshener in the bathroom. There was also plenty of wardrobe and chest of drawers space to put our clothes. A cute little courtyard outside in the back, with furniture and recycling boxes at the front of the property. We didn't meet Amy, the owner, but she communicated through the booking.com app and told us everything we needed to know before arriving, so we were very well informed before we got there. Good local taxi service. Good amenities within walking distance and not far to the centre of York.

We wished we could have stayed longer. There's nothing that we didn't like about it.

Sofa bed mattress too thin. Could feel metal bars through it.

Can not say how lovely this place is so clean very modern and has got everything you need also near everything would definitely recommend and I plan on staying here again

The apartment was beautiful, clean and tidy, plenty of room for the kids to play and not to be under our feet, facilities cartered for the whole family even a small amount of toys which our Autistic child loved..

I only had one small issue and that was that the mattress in the main bedroom was rather uncomfortable I do have hip pain so could feel the springs but I am very fussy.

Very clean, modern, well equipped and comfortable. In a fantastic location near the centre of town and the train station. Excellent contact with the host, Amy. Fabulous property and a very comfortable stay for my four friends and I. Will definitely stay again when visiting York.

A small can of milk could have helped

The apartment was gorgeous, the pictures here really don't do it justice if I'm honest. My children loved the bunk beds and were probably more excited about them than they were about going out anywhere. The little touches like the box of kids books and toys, the little bottle of milk and the kids plastic plates gave a real personal feel. It literally had everything you might need for a weekend break; tea and coffee, towels, shower gel and hand-wash..... I really can't fault this apartment at all.
