Loved it!!!

Condo much nicer in person than website pictures — we were all very impressed and pleased!! Great location, easy access to the pool and beach!! Extremely well - equipped kitchen!! Obvious that staff pay attention to detail! Beds on the firm side, but otherwise totally positive!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Condo is very clean and spacious. Kitchen was very well equipped. Easy access from the parking lot. Other reviewers have commented on the beds being hard and we would have to agree with them. Great access to the pool and beach. Privacy shades would be nice in the living room just so people couldn’t see in at night if they walk by, but it wouldn’t deter us from staying again. Overall, it was a great stay.

Perfect condo! Just a few steps from the pool and a very short walk down to the beach. This condo complex is extremely well-maintained. The pool is cleaned daily and sand is blown off the boardwalk daily. The condo has a well-stocked kitchen, TVs in every bedroom and a comfortable and large living room. This is our third year to spend Fourth of July week at this condo and we plan to continue. I doubt you’ll find anything better on the island.

This place is perfectly located right by the pool and beach! Place is just as described and upkeeep so far is good 👍 would definitely book again!

This condo is exactly as advertised & is great for a family: 3 bedrooms & 3 baths! The ground floor walkout is so easy & convenient and the pool is right out the door, inside a fence of course. Parking is also close to the condo which is wonderful for unloading & loading. Codes for the gates and wrist bands provided great security. Staff on the property was always present & so helpful, polite, nice and eager to help. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. We enjoyed eating outside on the patio in the evenings & watching movies on the big screen TV. The only minor glitch was that my husband & I had planned to rent umbrellas & chairs during our visit because of limiting health issues. The rental guys down by Las Olas would not set up any umbrellas or chairs closer to Ocean Vista for us. Not sure if that was a miscommunication with the young man working but it would be helpful to have rental chairs & umbrellas available in front of Ocean Vista. Loved having the Coco Beach bar & grill close by for a yummy Turbo Pina Colada! This will definitely be our first pick for our next family vacay at SPI! Thanks for sharing it!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This condo complex is older than we expected and could use some updating and maintenance. The appliances are dated, and the mattresses are 'well used'. The kitchen however, was very well stocked. There was a water leak in the shower ceiling of one of the guest rooms so we couldn't use it. The hot tub heater had to be replaced so that was unusable for an entire week, and the motor for the gated entrance also had to be replaced, which took 2 days. Ana was very responsive for each of these issues, but she couldn't help if the complex maintenance wasn't prepared for these emergency repairs. The complex maintenance should address that weakness.

The property owner was always quick to answer questions which was very helpful. It was a nice location with the ocean in walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Enjoyed our stay.

We ❤️ it!

The condo had plenty of room for everyone. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The decor is simple and nice. Everything was very comfortable. Everything we need was there. Kitchen had everything you need, they have board games, towels, ect. The location is excellent. A ground floor corner unit. Steps from the pool, hot tub, beach and parking. Close to town for food, shopping. We all had a wonderful time! The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond.

I love the location of this place. Very convenient to parking, beach, and pool! Everything was very well kept and clean! Beds were a little hard but other than that zero complaints!! We would visit here again!!

This condo could not have been more perfect for our group of 7 adults. The grocery store was two blocks away and the bars and restaurants were within walking distance. The beach and pool were steps from the backyard. We could not be happier with our stay!

Excellent location! The room is in the right spot to the swimming pool and heading out to the beach. Recommend this all day long!

Check in was seamless. Loved the private access to beach. Corner unit, ground floor was perfect. Could use some cleaning behind furniture. Beds were very uncomfortable, extremely hard.

Love the remodel very comfortable

This unit was great! Ground floor, corner unit very quiet and well maintained. Kitchen was really well stocked and family room was very spacious. Thus unit has great pool and beach access just a few feet from the back door. We really enjoyed our stay! The beds are quite firm. I was fine, but others in our group said they woke up feeling very sore and had a hard time sleeping. Otherwise we have absolutely no complaints!

Loved everything however beds are hard making them a bit uncomfortable 😕

Overall lovely experience. We had a 2 and 3 year old with us. We enjoyed being on the ground floor right next to the pool area where there was even a pool for our littles. I loved waking up next to the gulf/beach. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our condo was very nice & clean, with the exception of the beds. Very hard, like sleeping on the box springs. We had to go buy foam pads to pad the bed. Then was able to sleep a little more comfortable. Close to the beach with excellent access. Had a great time.

This place is great! We especially loved the location since we had direct access to the beach. We also loved the fact that it was on the first floor and a corner unit. Great patio area close to the pools! The place was very clean and had everything we needed.

WE LOVED THIS PLACE! I've rented in South Padre many times and this is one of my favorite places. The unit has been completely remodeled with great finishes and really tasteful decor. The ground floor location and quick access to the beach is outstanding. Ana was a great host and extremely responsive to any requests or questions. I seriously can't recommend this place enough. You'll be happy you stayed.

So clean and plenary of room for everyone!! Firm beds but overall a great experience

The unit: Beautiful, updated and very convenient . The location could not have been better. Just a few steps to the pool and 1 minute walk to the beach. It was so easy to load and unload at this first floor, corner unit. 3 full bathrooms with showers (no tubs 👶). Lots of games for rainy day fun! The kitchen was extremely well stocked!!! The mattresses are VERY firm…. But not horrible. The thermostat fluctuates throughout the day… which is annoying…. But overall, we were extremely happy with the unit. The condo: Impeccably maintained by a wonderful staff of friendly workers. The pool area was washed down each morning and the pool was vacuumed. They were constantly cleaning and repairing things around the grounds. They monitor to make sure all the amenities were used only by registered guest. There is a boardwalk to the beach with a rinse off station! The playground for the littles was in good shape and had a large shaded seating area with tables for the adults. Beach: We were there over the 4th of July so there were a lot of people but not as much as you’d find at other areas. The condo rules say you can leave your canopy out as long as it is 15’ behind the trash cans….not true! We did so and received a warning because it was in the “vegetation area”… so day 2 we moved it in front of the vegetation area but still 15 feet behind the trash cans and we received a violation! 🤦‍♀️ Overall, Fun and relaxing!

This condo is beautiful. Being on the bottom floor it is easily accessible to parking, pool and beach. My ONLY complaint and the reason I couldn't stay here again were the extremely hard beds. Other than that it was the perfect spot for our family of 9.

The condo was clean and had all of the room we needed for 6 adults and two children. The only two items that I would report is that the beds were not comfortable and had hard mattresses. I would also leave a leaflet of instructions on setting up at the beach for new guests coming in. You can't set up a tent until 9am and need to stay away from the resident area. I got a warning citation from a compliance guard for setting up at 8:57am. Other than that the stay was great and enjoyable.

Everything was great, with a few exceptions. The beds were too hard. Every once in awhile, there was a sewer smell coming from one of the bedrooms near the front door. The dryer didn't seem to work as expected.

The location can’t get better. The pool is right outside the back door and you’re at the beach in less than a minute. The issue I had (and family) was the mattress. I’ve never been so uncomfortable in my life! It’s like sleeping on the floor. I tossed and turned most nights because it was so bad! I read past reviews around 3 am (since I couldn’t sleep because of the mattress) and most said it was either hard as a rock or compared it to cement. I wish the owner would actually do something about it. At one point I thought about sleeping in my car!! Please buy a new mattress!!!
