By far the best thing about this trip was the location. This condo was perfectly suited for beach time. A very short walk past the pool to the beautiful sandy beach. The water here is so perfect and the beach directly from the condo is not busy compared to the beach farther north and south. The condo itself had everything you'd need - the beds were very comfortable, refrigerator was large with a good ice maker. I would suggest that somewhere in the description, stating that running the dehumidifier immediately and keeping it empty is a very good idea. The humidity in the condo was 72% until we realized we had a unit in the corner and started running it...brought it down to 51% which made a huge difference. Would definitely return to this unit!

Although the resort is showing its age, the property is well maintained, secure, and kid-friendly. The condo was clean and well stocked with chairs and beach toys and lots of towels. My teenager loved having the separate loft upstairs as her own space, and my 11 year old twins loved the guest room with two queen beds. Master bedroom is spacious and comfortable, even if the neighbors were a bit noisy. Price was reasonable and the property manager was nice and responsive. Condo is next to pool and gives direct access to the beach. Overall, it was a great vacation.

This condo was wonderful for our family of 2 teenage boys and an 11 year old girl. The condo was large enough for everyone to have their own space. Everything about the condo exceeded our expectations. It was close to the beach and the pool, had a great view, was super clean with great AC and all of the comforts of home.

The place was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. Pool right out the side of our building, nice deck to sit and enjoy beach view and chill. Short walk to the beach. We all had great time. The only down side is that it was on the 3rd floor which wasn't apparent when booking and ny husband has a bad knee so was difficult going up and down.

Stayed June7-11 with wife and 4 teenagers. Condo was perfect, Amazing beach front views very short walk to beach. Kitchen fully stocked, beds wonderfully comfortable!! The place was perfect and Judy the host was also extremely responsive and helpful. Definitely coming back!!

We had a great time! Our college age kids brought friends, so they had their own rooms. The kitchen is big with all the appliances, so it is very easy to cook. Great view of the beach from all of the balconies. I highly recommend.

My family has stayed at this resort a few times, this unit was our favorite by far!! The location of this unit was right in front of the beach and right next to the pool. The host was wonderful and responded immediately when we had questions! We would reccomend this unit and property for a great family vacation!!

This is our 3rd time at this resort. We have stayed in 3 different units. This was our favorite. It is right next to the pool and beach access. The view of the water is great. The condo was spacious enough for my husband and I, plus our 3 adult sons. Our friends stayed at the same resort with their family of 6. We all ate in our condo a couple of times. The kitchen was well stocked. It was very clean. We will most likely look to book this unit again in the future.

Absolutely loved this condo. The location was very close to the beach access and the view of the beach from the balcony’s was great. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths ensured each couple had their own space and bathroom which is always nice. The check-in process wasn’t bad and we loved the “extra security” aspect of it since you need a pass to enter the premises. The only complaint is that it’s located on the 3rd floor, so it’s a hassle to carry heavy/a lot of stuff up and down the stairs but it’s honestly worth it. We would definitely book here again.

Really looked forward to 3 nights at this SPI beachfront condo. Beautiful grounds, swimming pool and security. Balcony’s facing the beach and ample room for 5 adults and one child. 3 bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms made it perfect. Kitchen was large also. Problem was smoke detector started chirping at midnight the first night ruining sleep for my son and his wife. Finally able to disconnect at 3:30 am. Building facility showed up to look at it at 8:30 am but we sent away due to guests still sleeping. Communication from owner was consistent but facility stated we broke the unit. Not sure how that happened when all was done was to remove from ceiling. My thought is why wasn’t the battery replaced annually as recommended by fire departments? Went to make coffee and the Keriug wouldn’t work so went down the street to a great local coffee house. Got 3 coffees (ala Starbucks types) for $19. Didn’t want to pay that for coffee everyday. Told owner about it and she said we could use her coffee and filters in the cabinet but not something we wanted to do. Last day there ( rented for 3 nights) the A/C stopped cooling and was blowing warm air intermittently with cool air. Reported issue to owner and she sent facilities to check. A/C worked for 20 minutes and stopped again. Unit was at 81 degrees inside and we left until sun went down. Communication from owner was constant and she found an A/C company that would come out on a Sunday night. They arrived a little after 10 pm and were able to do something and the unit started cooling. A/C man said it was the heat pump kicking in and out. Unfortunately we never received an apology for our inconvenience from the owner. 2 lightbulbs went out in first bathroom second day so left one bulb to light mirror. Didn’t report to owner just dealt with it. The bathrooms down stairs are updated and nice but upstairs bath is a tub with shower curtain that was moldy and need replacing. Maintenance is so lacking in the unit it’s a shame. With a little investment this could be a real charmer. Furniture is dated and tired. Recliner in living space is broken. Walls need paint touch up and a new frying pan would be amazing. Throw away the chipped dishes and worn out utensils. We couldn’t get the tv to work in the front bedroom so we gave up. Never tried the living room tv. Even the info on the canopy rentals was outdated. They rent for $48 daily and the info paper said $30. Wish it had been a better stay of us.

Wonderful beach views, easy access to pool, beach deck and beach. Condo had nearly everything needed to cook. Tv in every room. Wifi. Property is beautifully kept and security is amazing. Lots of privacy and huge master bedroom. Other rooms were large. Well decorated. Felt right at home. All 3 balconies were really nice and private. Can't wait to go again.

This property has a great view of the gulf and is ideally located near the pool and the the beach. The condo was very well stocked with every conceivable appliance, bowls, cutlery or whatever you needed. Judy promptly answered any questions we had and I loved the check in process.
