The house was very adequate for our needs. A 10 min walk to the nearest beach, and 5 min to reach public transportation. Don’t expect any extras and you won’t be disappointed.

No frills, pretty minimalistic but a wonderful location, walkable to the beach and several great restaurants. Owner responded very quickly and was helpful with our requests!

This is one of our favorite properties in SPI. It’s spacious and accommodates a large family. The host responded right away when we noticed our coffee maker was broken. He came And brought us a new coffee maker immediately. My only complaint was no bath tubs to bathe my small kids, but for most people, that isn’t a problem. We will definitely stay here again if we go to SPI.

We ABSOLUTELY Recommend staying here! It was like being at home! We were a very short walk from the beach, lots of living space, and a pool in the back yard!! Every room has a TV with ROKU. We brought food, comforters, beach towels, everything else was there and ready for us!!

The property was clean and spacious. Parking could be a little better. Maybe make the unit numbers more visible from the street. We enjoyed our stay.

The property manager had a very quick response time and was courteous. The property is very spacious and nicely decorated along with the close proximity to numerous beach accesses. The only thing we were disappointed in was the bed quality.

Close to the beach. Nice touch on the private pool. Kitchen and bathroom ammenities could have been more comprehensive and generous, as well as attention to cleanliness and maintenance details.

Great place to stay, the location was great, parking is little tight. They don’t provide blankets or towels sufficient enough for your stay so I suggest to bring your own. The only bad thing was whoever was checking the pool had access to both units downstairs; master bedroom doors that lead to the pool . We found both rooms were open during our stay. Two rooms have king size beds and the the 3rd bedroom has one queen and one single bed. Overall good place.

Excellent place for family and friends.

This was a great trip, great unit and a perfect location. Walk out to the street look right and see the sunrise, look left and see the sunset. Quick walk to beach which had restroom access and showers. The unit is large and the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers) had plenty of space. The unit has a washer and dryer which was a great addition. Walk to many shops, restaurants and stores. I was worried about the shared pool but it was not an issue at all. Paul the owner was lightning fast with his responses to my text questions and that is just as important to me as the quality of the unit. We already are making plans for next year and we will definitely stay here again.

Overall it’s a very spacious nice play to stay, it’s close to the beach and the pool was great for the kids. There are some dents and scratches or breaks around the house , so just take photos as a precaution. The grills in the back do not use. They don’t work. Neither one of them work, I wish we would’ve known that prior to placing anything on the grill it took several hours to cook anything on it. In the end we gave up and cooked everything on the stove. Definitely take blankets. There are some pillows , plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Be careful on the beds as the wood that holds them underneath isn’t secured so they can shift. Will definitely stay again.

Great experience, clean house, great location and very spacious!

Had a nice stay and the condo was as advertised. Only thing that was a con of the place is your service is a bit iffy in the back of the property but other than that the place was nice. If you need to do laundry bring your own and also body wash and other essentials. I knew to do that already but for others who don’t make sure you do.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, there are some things worth mentioning that I wish we had known before hand.First, the good things. It really is quite close to the beach which is the whole reason we went to South Padre Island. The condo is pretty much exactly the way it’s pictured. It’s definitely roomy with three bedrooms and two baths plus a kitchen and a living area. It also has a washer and dryer which I didn’t see in the listing. One thing that I really like is the very tall ceilings and doors - it makes the place feel even roomier.Now for the things that didn’t go so well. I probably would have rated it one star lower if it hadn’t been for responsive communications from the owner. When we arrived, we were given the wrong condo number and it was difficult to figure out where we were actually supposed to be. Once we got that sorted out, we realized that none of the beds have any blankets or comforters - only a fitted sheet and a flat sheet. We were told that this is because of Covid cleaning protocols, but the bottom line is that if you want blankets or comforters you should bring them with you. If we had known that beforehand, we would have brought that with us.While we’re talking about things to bring, there was no shampoo, conditioner or bath soap so bring those things along with laundry detergent and while there were utensils and pots and pans, there were no spices so if you’re going to cook anything you should make sure you bring salt, pepper and anything else you might need. The next issue we had was some very noisy tenants above us that were renting that condo. There was running back-and-forth with no stop for hours on end. I did contact our owner, and he said he would get in touch with that tenant to ask them to try and keep it down which must’ve worked because shortly after that things did quiet down a bit. The next morning some new renters came to the apartment above ours and they were so much quieter, which was a huge relief!Beyond that the issues were pretty small. There are some minor repairs needed to things like door knobs, faucets there are not tight, etc but those didn’t bother us. The TVs don’t work too well but they were good enough - we didn’t watch much tv anyway. The internet was a bit spotty, especially toward the back of the condo.Despite a few issues, we did enjoy ourselves and this condo was larger and nicer than others we’ve stayed at.

Great place to call your temporary home when in South Padre Island!

The property was spacious, walking distance to beach and very relaxing. We recommend staying here for a family vacation or simply to get away. The property owner was very welcoming and friendly.

It was amazing stay the house was great had everything we needed . Really close to the beach. When we go back we will definitely stay here.

First time using app, so I contacted owner for instructions. I was told I would receive check in code on the date of checking in but I did not receive it on time. I had to call again. Apartment provided on address turned out to be a different one. The rest was great. Home very clean, short walk to beach. Tv had streaming options. Pool was available but didn't end up using it. Bbq pit available which was awesome

We loved our stay on this property! Clean, updated and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner was nice and cold! We could walk to the beach everyday and shopping was just around the corner. We loved our stay!

This place was alright for the stay but not sanitary. The beds were dirty and had sand. There were dead and alive cockroaches everywhere. The dishes were dirty, and the floor was dirty. Not enough toilet paper. Couches were worn out and beds were alright. The masters bed was being held up by wooden pieces piled on each other. Counters were dirty as well.

The places isn’t kept up as nice as it could be The couches are worn very uncomfortable the TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t work the landscaping isn’t taken care of.. The location was really great walking distance to the beach.

Overall we had a really good experience. The only slight complaint was that for 4 nights they left only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people, so it would have been nice to have more. Otherwise it was really nice. Thank you!
