It was an amazing home. The view was spectacular. The location to the beach, restaurants and shopping was a quick walk or taxi cab drive away. The home was so clean and organized. The dipping pool and sun chairs was one of our favorite gathering places. Having a bar and bathroom on the same level made it to easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. It was very private. There were a few neighbors that got a little loud but that didn't deter us from having a great vacation. We will definitely try and make it back some day.

The property was the perfect place for our group of friends to stay and enjoy Puerto Vallarta for a week. It was even better in person with the spectacular views (we watched whales from the balcony every day) and the relaxing sound of waves in every room. We had worried that the nightlife would be loud but the home is just far enough away from any clubs that sound was never an issue. It's a quick walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Just know that this area has steep roads with uneven cobblestones. The property came with everything we needed. Any questions or concerns were quickly answered by Sara or Teresa. I would highly recommend and would stay here again!

The beautiful open floors, with a view of the ocean was breathtaking! The rooms were uniquely designed, and kept up daily by the housekeeper. I would extremely suggest renting this place to all. Best, Scott

The view is amazing and the location is great. The house is lovely. One improvement i would suggest is the gasline to the stove...it doesn't get very hot. Otherwise a great place to stay!

The home was everything it was described to be! Traditional Mexican colonial with tons of charm, and some of the best views I 've ever had in PV! Nicely furnished and appointed and in great condition. Kitchen typical older Mexican kitchen, but worked fine for the dinner we cooked at home and breakfast, lunch, etc. The road to it is a little rough and may be hard for older people, but easy and cheap to get a taxi to and from (taxis almost always 2 doors down at Almar resort). Music from Manatamar beach Club could be a little loud but did not bother us and stopped at a reasonable hour most nights ( except New Years, but who's complaining!) The fireworks from Manatamar were directly in front of the house and felt like we had a private show! If you don't mind club music (which didn't bother us in the slightest, free music!) then you really should check this house out!

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful house. Everything was perfect. The beds were very comfortable! Theresa was very nice and did a great job.

Absolutely beautiful views from the minute you opened the front doors through walking through all the rooms. The owners were very responsive and available. We asked for a small charcoal grill to be added for the roof and it was there when we arrived with fuel, charcoal and utensils. Totally unexpected and well received. We grilled some incredible meals while watching the beautiful sunsets. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything that we needed to make any type of meal that we wanted to. Easy access to the beach right around the corner. Lots of stairs to the beach but it helps you work off the great food and drinks after a fun day on the beach. We would all definitely recommend this property and we are definitely going to ask to stay here again. Thank you for the incredible stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. And would stay again for sure. The property is perfect for 4 singles or 4 couples. Communication with the property manager before and during our stay was responsive and helpful. The location is just out of crazy part of the town. Slightly quieter. It’s a bit of a walk up the hill but the exercise was good. Housekeeping was perfect! We had a small bedding issue but was resolved quickly. Overall we were thrilled. Thank you for hosting us.

Great spacious house, with Amazing views. Would stay there again!!

We stayed for 8 days in Puerto Vallarta, there were 8 of us, me, my three kids ages 22,20,17, my son’s girlfriend, 20, my sister and her two kids ages 21 and 20. The house was amazingly beautiful, well maintained, cleaned, and had spectacular views. Falling asleep with the sound of the ocean was amazing!! Tere, who was the person responsible for cleaning was kind, helpful, and great!! We had our groceries ready for us when we arrived and our trip was so much fun!! Everyday we went down to the beach club Mantamar and had the best time!!! I highly recommend Casa Perezoso for a memorable family vacation.

We just returned home from such a lovely week. Great friends, food and drink and lovely accommodations! The layout of the house was ideal for three couples and we loved all the outdoor space. We really liked the location and being able to walk to everything in the Amapas and Romantic Zone. There is construction right next door with a prolific jackhammer we noticed in the mornings and during our afternoons at the plunge pool, but it really wasn't that big of a deal. I wouldn't let it put you off unless you like a really quiet location. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the pounding waves! The house was super clean upon arrival and beautifully maintained throughout the week by the wonderful Tere. Jon was wonderful about quickly answering my many, many questions! Thank you for a fantastic week Jon and Margaret!

What a gorgeous villa! 6 adults had a phenomenal time!!!

The place is beautiful! It’s a party house. Roof top deck is Gorgeous. 7 friends lived in it for 11 days very comfortably. The beds are a bit firm but worked. I wasn’t expecting a maid that cleaned and made beds from 8-4 daily. It could use a few updates: The stove is falling apart. Some mirrors are faded and foggy in some of the bathrooms. There is a mechanical clanking noise heard in the wall of the downstairs bedroom on the downhill side of the house that made it hard to sleep in. Either way, I would definitely stay here again.

Casa Perozo is where you want to stay in PV. From the gorgeous architecture and style of the house to the impeccable service, this was a great choice for my group.

Believe the stellar reviews. I love Vida Alta and I hope to stay there many more times. I thought the villa was in the perfect location on Playa Conchas China, just a 15 minute walk down the beach from Playa Los Muertos and the Zona Romántica. It is very comfortable for 6 adults and we spent time lounging in the big living room on the main floor and on the rooftop deck. Having a splash pool and a partial palapa for shade meant that we spent a lot of time relaxing up there. There is even a half bath by the pool. The beach in front of the house is beautiful and there are lounge chairs and umbrellas for the use of house guests down there. It was nice to have beach shoes for the swimming as there are some rocky places under water. If you like to snorkel there was lots of sea life directly in front of the villa. I loved the quiet relaxed vibe on this beach and there were almost no vendors. This villa was beautiful and it was so nice falling asleep to the sound of the waves but the best thing about staying here was the STAFF. The guys working security were always friendly and helpful, Sarah the house manager helped to arrange a boat and driver rental and answered any questions that I had. Petra cleaned our villa daily and she was like a ninja, getting everything spic and span with us hardly knowing she was there. Finally Eduardo and Rafael took such good care of us. They are both so cheerful, charismatic and have great senses of humour. We really enjoyed the time we spent with them and Eduardo is an amazing chef. Everything he made was so consistently tasty and presented beautifully. When I return to Puerto Vallarta for a vacation this is where I want to stay.

Loved the location. Very clean and enjoyable.

I stayed for a week as my 3 adult children came and went at different times with a friend or significant other. The staff was amazing. When I arrived I noticed a small leak coming from one of the AC units. I emailed Sara and within minutes someone was there to take care of it! They were very cordial and communicative the entire stay.The authentic atmosphere was a bonus to the most amazing views from nearly everywhere in the home. The only small issue I had was I needed a Band-Aid, but the First Aid kit had nothing but gauze in it. Easy fix with so many pharmacies all around. I have not doubt it will be restocked when they are made aware. Highly recommend this place for a fabulous experience.

Eight great days in this wonderful place that lived up to every promise and expectation in terms of location, amenities and view (the view!), from every room. Going to sleep to the sound of waves every night was a real pleasure. Staff and management could not have been more helpful and accessible. It was hard to leave.

Everything was perfect -- pre-arrival communications were great, the kitchen was pre-stocked with essentials for us, and the location was fantastic, with an easy walk to a number of great beachfront restaurants.The views from this house are amazing, requiring constant decisions as to whether to enjoy them from bed, from the living room, or from the terrace. The pictures can't do it justice.We will definitely be returning.
