Good location. Breakfast buffet is OK.

Rooms were dirty. Carpets were stained. The drinking glasses in the room were not clean, it was disgusting.

房間很小

房間裡非常有質感，電視可以使用YouTube,回到主畫面會自動登出帳戶，是個非常好的設計，不用害怕會被下個房客登入，還可以連動手機，追劇非常方便，不管是iOS 或是Android 都適用，床也非常舒服，還有電子面板可以控制房間的電燈、冷氣、設定鬧鐘，鬧鐘響了之後點燈就會打開，非常高科技的房間。

早餐的部分，吃下來會覺得蠻普通的，雖然是自助餐，也提供非常多選項，但沒什麼特色，但是也能理解，因為這邊本來就是屬於比較高級的飯店

Location and staff service would be key highlights. It is well located with plenty of shops nearby including the Mirai tower. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay as well as departure smooth. Special thanks to Hiroki for his help throughout our stay.

The hotel staff gave very good recommendations, were hospitable, the rooms were very good, the beds comfortable, there was no parking, but they tried to recommend a good place to park.

スタッフ対応は全く問題なく良かったです。

フロント脇の朝食会場のテーブルが、パンくず等多数見受けられた。また同じく一階トイレ個室は、きちっと清掃されておらず、だれが置いたかわからないが、使用済みの歯ブラシが放置されていて、最低状態、部屋内は清潔だったが、ダブルルームは大人二人眠るには狭すぎ、トリプルルームは無理やりツインルームにベットを三つ押し込んだ状態で、眠るには全く問題ないのですが、部屋で過ごすにはあまりにも狭くきつかったです。

The breakfast is perfect and suitable for 18 months old infant and my 6 years old boy. Breakfast got breads and Japanese style food. All yummy and present in good looking. Staffs treat well and well train and speak the English all the time. Warm smile and good location.

It is close to the shopping centers and restaurants. The receptionists were helpful with restaurant reservations.

We had a triple room but the size was the same as a double room but with three beds, so we didn't have any room to move around or open our suitcase. The reception was inflexible with early check-in. We were there at 1:30 but was not allowed to check in until 3pm,

受付の隣に備品がたくさん用意されていて、必要な分を頂きました。歯ブラシや体を洗うタオル、コーヒースティックなど、うれしかったです。

入った時、部屋の匂いが悪く、窓をあけて換気をしました。 そしたら、良くなりました。部屋のコップなど、上向きになっていたので、ホコリなど、気になる私は使えなかったです。

很新的飯店！一切設施都很新，服務人員態度良好。 房間乾淨舒適，地點良好，逛街十分便利！家庭旅遊本次住的相當滿意。

1.離『榮』 區 (唐吉軻德、摩天輪)，約5-10分鐘的路程。 2.附近很多便利店，很方便。 3.附近有一些餐廳，但，我沒去吃，無法評價。 4.唐吉軻德、摩天輪那區塊就是百貨公司、逛街等等Shopping的地方 5.名古屋站，有分：近鐵、名鐵、JR → 大站，比較小複雜點，所以行程上若有時間限制的問題，可以先提早踩點 6.名古屋站到中部國際機場滿近的，我們後來有搭到日幣1280元的車，約30分鐘內就到了 【搭車】 ●若是第一天到，有拉行李，搭櫻通線 (紅線) 到 「丸之內（名古屋市營）」站，看指標會有電梯，電梯出來後往左手邊走，約100公尺，飯店在斜對面。→ 電梯附近是4號出口 ●若是行程中沒有換飯店，飯店出來往前走 (同上4號出口的方向)，與飯店同側，直走約100公尺，是，【櫻通線 (紅線) 的 「丸之內（名古屋市營）」站 的 5號出口】(沒有電動手扶梯)

Close to the subway (Exit 4 and 4B), restaurants, convenience stores, and drug store. The room is big, clean and very new. If you have luggages, the elevator is at Exit 4B which is a couple blocks farther than Exit 4.
